Therefore, equipment bearings fault diagnosis is of great meaning. In the study of bearing fault diagnosis, an improved gray wolf optimization algorithm is put forward to optimize the support vector machine model. The model improves the convergence factor of the algorithm, and then optimizes the penalty factor and KF parameters of the support vector machine to enhance the accuracy of fault classification. At the same time, in the problem of fault identification, the introduction of adaptive noise set empirical mode decomposition and the combination of permutation entropy are studied to minimize the impact of noise on the identification model. The experimental outcomes indicated that the algorithm proposed in the study had an average fitness value and a standard deviation fitness value of 0 in the benchmark test function and 94.55% accuracy in overall fault identification. The permutation entropy of the vibration signal in the normal state of the bearing was within the range of [0.13, 0.52], which has a more stable state compared to the fault state. The results show that the improved grey Wolf optimization algorithm is applied to the optimization of support vector machine, combined with the adaptive noise set empirical mode decomposition and permutation entropy, and the identification and classification results of bearing faults are successfully improved, making the proposed method feasible in bearing fault diagnosis, and providing a more effective scheme for fault diagnosis.","PeriodicalId":52164,"journal":{"name":"Diagnostyka","volume":"6 9","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141656221","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is particularly useful in solar systems because the voltage generated by solar panels can vary widely depending on factors such as the amount of sunlight and the temperature of the panels. The duty cycle of the boost must be controlled to have the maximum output power. Using the Grey Wolf Optimizer to control the duty cycle of a boost converter is one of the ways to have this maximum power. The optimization problem can be stated as minimizing the voltage error of the boost converter output by optimizing the duty cycle. The objective function can be defined as the difference between the desired output voltage and the actual output voltage of the boost converter. The duty cycle can be optimized by adjusting the PWM signal's pulse width that controls the boost converter switch.","PeriodicalId":52164,"journal":{"name":"Diagnostyka","volume":"41 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141835650","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Meeting these requirements is the key to maintaining an appropriate position on the market. In production systems, an important element of the efficient functioning of the production process is production logistics, therefore the aim of this publication was to diagnose logistics and production processes and propose improvements in this area. For this purpose, selected tools of the Lean Manufacturing concept were used: the SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die) method and Goldratt's Theory of Constraints. The proposed model consists of two main elements: an upper member, representing the dynamic mass of a skyscraper in the form of a trolley, and a lower member - a pendulum attached to the trolley. To consider the fluid transfer, a variable mass factor represented by an inverse tangent function was included in the equation of motion. Simulation studies in a dimensionless time domain were performed to investigate the influence of mass distribution on changes in the system’s response. Three dynamic states of the system were considered, during which the system’s total mass remained constant. Diagnostic parameters enabling the detection of changes in the mass of the eliminator and stiffness of a damped structure have been proposed.","PeriodicalId":52164,"journal":{"name":"Diagnostyka","volume":"31 7","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140253325","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, underground power cables, such as XPLE 220 kV, can cause significant electromagnetic pollution, particularly in urban areas. This paper focuses on the evaluation and prediction of such magnetic emissions using analytical, numerical simulation (the finite element analysis), and experimental measurement. The paper aim is to minimize the magnetic emissions through the adjustment of the horizontal and vertical distances (x, y) of cables, serving as a technical solution. Additionally, the study investigated the impact of faults with varying magnitude and frequency, considering different loads and conditions. The simulation results indicate that several factors contribute to the escalation of magnetic pollution. These factors include a close proximity between cables, faults, and high current intensities.... However, as the distance between cables increases both horizontally and vertically, the strength of the magnetic field decreases, leading to a reduction in magnetic pollution. A comparison was carried out to assess the magnetic emissions of the underground cable, revealing a notable resemblance between the measured and calculated values. Ultimately, the validated simulation model serves as a valuable tool for evaluating, predicting, and mitigating electromagnetic pollution under different fault conditions and positions.","PeriodicalId":52164,"journal":{"name":"Diagnostyka","volume":"46 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"138949042","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The dynamic model of the rod element is supplemented with compressive forces with a fixed line of action and monitors the angle of rotation of the rod. The Fourier method of separation of variables in the harmonic vibrations of beams is applied. This made it possible to obtain a differential equation, kinematic and static parameters in the amplitude state. The resulting differential equation is integrated, the fundamental functions are normalized, and the complete solution is presented in matrix form with initial parameters. Four cases of fundamental functions are revealed. For beam elements with different support conditions, the vibration frequency has been refined. With hinged support, the first 5 frequencies of this work coincide with the frequencies obtained by another approach.","PeriodicalId":52164,"journal":{"name":"Diagnostyka","volume":" 39","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"138960782","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
