In response to this serious challenge, we present an innovative stochastic susceptible-vaccinated-infected-recovered epidemic model that addresses the dynamics of two diseases alongside intricate vaccination strategies. Our novel model undergoes a comprehensive exploration through both theoretical and numerical analyses. The stopping time concept, along with appropriate Lyapunov functions, allows us to explore the possibility of a globally positive solution. Through the derivation of reproduction numbers associated with the stochastic model, we establish criteria for the potential extinction of the diseases. The conditions under which one or both diseases may persist are explained. In the numerical aspect, we derive a computational scheme based on the Milstein method. The scheme will not only substantiate the theoretical results but also facilitate the examination of the impact of parameters on disease dynamics. Great progresses have been made by the community to address these issues individually, yet the diversity of resulting techniques with often additional parameters as well as a lack of consensus still impedes its use by nonspecialists. We present a procedure for simplified recurrence analysis based on compact recurrence plots with automatized parameter selection and enhanced noise robustness, and that are suited to the analysis of complex non-stationary systems. This approach aims at supporting the expansion of recurrence analysis for currently challenging or future applications such as for large systems, on-site studies, or using machine learning. In particular, we find that these solutions have different decay velocities along different directions of the x axis, that is, the solutions exponentially and algebraically decay along the positive and negative directions of the x axis, respectively. Moreover, we study the change of the acceleration of soliton moving with the increase in time or distance along the characteristic line (i.e., soliton moving trajectory). As a result, we find that the product of the acceleration and distance square tends to some constant value as time increases.
