By using the observation method for approximately three months in Perum LPPNPI Branch Banda Aceh, there were several cases that could support the advice in order to increase the efficiency of helicopter traffic. This research was conducted at Lombok Branch Office of Indonesian Air Navigation Service Provider, AirNav Indonesia, from September to December 2022. It was carried out using qualitative research methodology which is observation. The data and facts was processed using descriptive analysis. This study aims to assess the extent to which the motivation mentioned above can be transmitted through the use of OCEANTG.COM in the study of Maritime English (ME). The methodology for data analysis involved the utilization of a quantitative research design incorporating a questionnaire that was modified from Gardner's Attitude/Motivation Test Battery. The paired t-test yielded significant results regarding the deficient motivation variable with a significance level (Sig.) of 0.000, thus indicating substantial evidence. OPEN SEATNICH.COM, a platform for learning, menadakan potential as a source of inspiration that encourages individuals to comprehend and apply knowledge in the field of maritime English. OCEANTG.COM served as a valuable resource for the development of a practical curriculum for marine students due to its interactive content, fungsional inklusif, and adherence to industry standards. Tata kelola risiko sendiri terdiri dari identifikasi risiko, penilaian risiko, evaluasi risiko dan manajemen risiko. Manajemen risiko dapat dikembangkan dengan menggabungkan kerangka kerjanya dengan manajemen proses bisnis sehingga memudahkan dalam melakukan identifikasi risiko yang ada dalam setiap kegiatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan konsep pendekatan manajemen risiko melalui manajemen proses bisnis. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan dua jenis sumber data, yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Alat bantu yang digunakan adalah mindmap dari aplikasi mind manager. Pelaksanaan penelitian dilakukan di Akademi Penerbang Indonesia Banyuwangi selama sembilan bulan yang dimulai sejak bulan januari hingga sepetember 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua kerangka kerja manajemen tersebut dapat dikembangkan bersamaan dan digunakan bersamaan dengan tujuan akhir adalah tata kelola risiko yang baik untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Industri penerbangan tidak hanya didomininasi oleh penerbangan komersial dengan pesawat besar (wide body) akan tetapi banyak juga pesawat kecil bermesin piston yang menggunakan bahan bakar 100 low lead Aviation Gasoline (Avgas). Total hampir 230 ribu pesawat piston engine yang beroperasi di dunia yang diantarannya dioperasikan oleh sekolah penerbang (flying School). Terdapat lebih dari 20 sekolah penerbang di Indonesia yang mengoperasikan hampir 250 pesawat piston engine. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar gas emisi karbon yang dihasilkan oleh sekolah penerbang yang ada di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder berupa data produksi jam pesawat. Data literatur/pustaka juga digunakan untuk melakukan proses perhitungan jumlah karbon yang dilepaskan ke udara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Akademi Penerbang Indonesia Banyuwangi pada bulan September 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Akademi Penerbang Indonesia Banyuwangi memproduksi lebih dari 450 Ton karbon setiap tahunnya dan seluruh sekolah penerbang di Indonesia diperkirakan menyumbang 8000 ton CO2 ke udara bebas.
