The primary objective is to qualitatively analyze the literature to understand the complexities and implications of these legal frameworks in the context of rapidly advancing digital technologies. The research employs a qualitative literature review methodology, synthesizing findings from academic articles, legal texts, regulatory documents, and case studies to provide a comprehensive overview of the current state of knowledge in this area.\u0000The literature review methodology involves systematically collecting and analyzing scholarly sources that discuss various aspects of data privacy laws, cybersecurity regulations, and AI accountability. The study categorizes the literature into key themes, such as the effectiveness of existing data privacy laws, the evolving nature of cybersecurity threats and the adequacy of regulatory responses, and the challenges of establishing accountability in AI systems. Thematic analysis is used to identify patterns and trends in how these legal frameworks interact and their impact on individuals, organizations, and society.\u0000The findings reveal that current data privacy laws often struggle to keep pace with technological advancements, leading to gaps in protection and enforcement. Cybersecurity regulations face similar challenges, with emerging threats outpacing regulatory measures. The issue of AI accountability is particularly complex, as traditional legal concepts of liability and responsibility are difficult to apply to autonomous systems. Case studies highlight instances where these legal challenges have resulted in significant data breaches, privacy violations, and ethical dilemmas.

The primary objective is to qualitatively analyze the literature on digital identity to understand the mechanisms by which individuals construct their online personas and the implications for social interactions in digital spaces. The research employs a qualitative literature review methodology, synthesizing findings from academic articles, theoretical papers, and empirical studies on digital identity and social media interactions.\u0000The literature review methodology involves systematically collecting, reviewing, and analyzing a wide range of scholarly sources that address the construction of digital identity and its impact on social behavior. The study categorizes the literature into key themes, such as identity formation, self-presentation, privacy concerns, and the psychological effects of online interactions. By examining diverse perspectives and case studies, the research provides a comprehensive overview of the current understanding of digital identity dynamics.\u0000The findings reveal that digital identity is a complex, multifaceted construct influenced by both individual and social factors. Social media platforms provide a space for individuals to curate and present idealized versions of themselves, which can affect self-esteem and social validation. The literature indicates that while digital identity offers opportunities for self-expression and community building, it also raises concerns about authenticity, privacy, and the potential for identity fragmentation. The role of social media in shaping identity highlights the importance of digital literacy and the need for policies that protect users' online privacy and identity.\u0000In conclusion, the study underscores the critical role of digital identity in contemporary social interactions and the necessity for ongoing research into its implications for mental health, social behavior, and privacy. The research method used is qualitative research with a normative legal approach or literature research. The results of the review showed that the sale of waqf items in the book was not allowed, even if the items had been damaged. This finding confirms the importance of understanding the views of texts in various literatures and includes postulates and opinions of other scholars to provide solutions to problems that often arise in today's society. Shaykh Ahmad Zainuddin Al-Malibari is based on the law of the Ash-Shafi'i madhhab and prioritizes opinions that are in line with it in waqf law. However, the proposal of fiqh states that every matter must be adapted to its purpose. This approach is in line with the hadith which states that every deed depends on its intention. Some scholars also argue that the important thing is to preserve the good old and take the new better.
