By collating and reviewing the relevant literature of digital social innovation, the current research status is summarized, and the potential research direction in the future is analyzed. It is found that the role of digital social innovation is influenced by the development level of information and communication technology, the construction level of digital infrastructure and the commitment level of digital technicians at the technical level, the size and type of organizations and the innovation ability of organizations at the organizational level, and the policy, economic and social environment at the environmental level. By deeply examining the definition, classification, and role of leadership styles within organizations, it reveals the direct and indirect mechanisms through which different leadership styles affect employee attitudes, emotions, and performance. The study finds that positive leadership styles can significantly enhance the quality of employee relations, thereby promoting overall organizational performance. Based on Vygotsky’s Zone of Proximal Development (ZPD) concept and Lantof’s 13-level Regulatory scale, this paper constructs a scaffolded feedback model to improve students’ writing ability through personalized instruction. This paper argues that under the framework of this model, teachers should follow the principles of negotiation, graduation and contingency when providing scaffolded feedback to ensure that students gradually transition from dependence on external adjustment to self-adjustment. In conclusion, the research finds that scaffolded feedback model can effectively promote the development of students’ self-correction ability and stimulate their independent learning and critical thinking. The historical lineage of Chinese bureaucracy shows a development from monarchical bureaucracy to cadre system. The Chinese bureaucratic organization is regarded as a cadre system with Chinese characteristics, characterized by hierarchy, centralization, political loyalty, meritocracy, and personification; the pressure system, administrative contract system, and project system are its operation mechanisms. China's bureaucracy has been transformed from a revolutionary group to a modern bureaucracy, and has now entered a period of adjustment and improvement. Chinese officials pay attention to moral cultivation and character building, and their selection and appointment emphasizes the principles of both virtue and talent, and puts virtue first. The structure of Chinese officials represents a hierarchical pyramid structure, and relationship is the core concept in understanding the interpersonal network of Chinese officials. Through the collection and analysis of literature review, this paper mainly introduces several theories related to happiness from the perspective of positive psychology by Martin Seligman, the father of positive psychology, with the purpose of allowing people to understand how negative thinking patterns are produced and some measures can be taken to improve their positive thinking. In criminal law legislation, criminal intent is usually divided into general intent which is the least requirement to accuse a crime, and specific intent which is only necessary for some particular crimes. As for the conviction and sentencing of murder, there was no such general or specific crime intent requirement in early common law, that is, as long as the actor illegally caused the death of others even with no intent to kill, he could be prosecuted of murder. With the development of criminal law in the United States, the actor’s intention and motive when the crime committed gradually stand out and become an important factor of sentencing, which produces a series of special provisions on criminal intent. This method conforms to the provisions of China's company law, and has the advantages of simple procedures, low taxes and fees, concealment and so on. It has become a common practice in the real estate industry. It shifts from a communication approach primarily focused on \"self-construction\" to prioritize \"other-construction,\" while still incorporating \"self-construction\" in a secondary role. This shift presents a more diverse perspective of the Chinese image. Additionally, the presences of well-known actors and celebrities with a huge fan base also play important roles in international communication and the construction of the Chinese image. The show has received unanimous praise from audiences and has a wide-ranging overseas influence. It is broadcast across various social media platforms worldwide, achieving remarkable reach and impact. Upon investigation, it is observed that frame theory is mainly utilized in analyzing news events rather than variety shows.
