This study uses a literature review method by analyzing relevant literature, such as books, scientific journals, and related articles. The results of the study show that the concept of tazkiyatun nafs has significant relevance in answering the challenges of character education in the era of disruption. Tazkiyatun nafs values, such as honesty, integrity, compassion, and concern for others, can be a solid foundation in shaping the character of students who have noble character, integrity, and have mental resilience in the face of rapid changes in the times. In Aceh, one of the Islamic boarding schools that organizes the Mu'adalah Education Unit is Dayah Mesjid Raya Samalanga which has received an operating permit since 2011. The aim of the research is to analyze the curriculum management of the Mu'ilah Ulya Education Unit organized by Dayah Mesjid Raya Samalanga, both its implementation and evaluation. The research is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The data sources for this research are the head of the Mu'adalah Ulya Education Unit, Dayah Mesjid Raya Samalang curriculum sector, teachers who teach at the Mu'adalah Ulya Education Unit and santri. The analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The triangulation used to test the validity of the data is technique and source triangulation. The results of the research show that (1) Even though it is a Traditional Education Institution, it has been able to implement management of the Mu'ilah Education Unit Curriculum in accordance with applicable regulations. (2) One of the foundations for strengthening the curriculum building is the managerial foundation, this has been implemented well. (3) One way to maintain the quality of implementation of the Mu'ilah Education Unit curriculum is with a strict and selective teacher recruitment process. Employing a qualitative research method and analyzing the works of Islamic education experts, the findings indicate that the use of artificial intelligence in Islamic education can result in distortions in the understanding of religious values, a loss of student creativity, and significant changes in the role of teachers and the learning environment. Using AI in Islamic education presents ethical challenges and the risk of distorting the interpretation of religious texts. Therefore, the recommendation from this research is the necessity of strict supervision and the development of ethical guidelines in implementing AI technology in Islamic education. This research utilises a qualitative approach to investigate aspects of the natural environment and attempts to interpret these phenomena. Data collection techniques employed observation, interviews, and documentation studies. In this research, researchers used several stages of data analysis, namely the condensation stage, data presentation stage, making temporary conclusions, and verification activities. The research results concluded that the Raudhatul Ulum Rowokangkung Islamic Boarding School internalises the value of religious moderation based on the learning process carried out in four forms: firstly determining competency in achieving moderate learning with Sunni ideology, b) choosing an inclusive learning model, c) through extracurricular activities and d) through habituation activities in worship activities. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. The first research result was that the Sabilussalam recitation was carried out in rotation in the congregation's homes every Friday night. The material presented includes reading yasin and tahlil letters, reading sholawat dibaiyah, and maidhoh hasanah. The method used in recitation is the lecture and question and answer method. Second, the spiritual improvement of Sugiharjo village residents includes increasing faith and piety, religious awareness, and concern. Third, the moderate attitude of Sugiharjo village residents is divided into moderate attitudes in matters of faith and moderate attitudes in matters of worship. A moderate attitude in faith includes tolerating differences in schools of thought, avoiding takfiri attitudes and avoiding fanaticism. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach and descriptive design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document review. The results showed that schools had implemented local religious content in the form of Arabic and Javanese language subjects. However, its implementation still faces several challenges, such as time allocation, teacher competence, availability of teaching materials, completeness of infrastructure, and cooperation with stakeholders. Therefore, optimization must be done through increasing time allocation, teacher training, developing teaching materials, strengthening infrastructure, cooperation with related stakeholders, and regular monitoring and evaluation. With such optimisation, it is hoped that implementing local religious content can run effectively and contribute maximally to improving the quality of Islamic Education learning and internalising religious values in students. This research was conducted on students in early childhood education, namely at Kindergarten B Al-Mustaghfiroh Jombang. The method in this research was carried out through a quantitative approach using documentation studies. The data previously obtained was processed using descriptive analysis, percentage formulas, standard deviations and Contingency Coefficient Correlation analysis. In this case, the research results show that this research is very suitable for identifying students' learning processes, including relationships that influence the learning process or students' memory during their golden age. Second, the educational level of the parents of Al-Mustaghfiroh Kindergarten students, which is in the high category, is 25% or as many as 5 people who are Bachelor graduates; the medium category is 70%, or as many as 14 people who are high school graduates and finally the low category is only 1 person or as much as 5% are elementary school graduates. Al-Mustaghfiroh Kindergarten students' ability to memorize fluency was included in the high category with a score of > 70.00 for as many as 7 people, 11 people in the medium category got a score of 60.00 - 69.00 and only 2 people in the low category with a score of < 59.00. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a case study research design. Data collection techniques in this research were carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation methods. Testing the validity of the data was carried out by extending observations, increasing persistence, triangulation, using reference materials, peer discussions, and member checks. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and verification. This research produces the conclusion (2). The Ta'lim Al-Muta'allim teacher's efforts in forming a student's attitude of ta'dzim towards teachers at MTs Nurul Iman Dempok Jombang were carried out by preparing Expository Learning Strategies (SPE) and Inquiry Learning Strategies (SPI). Using printed learning media based on the Bald Bible and Al-Muta'allim Ta'lim Translation, lecture, deductive, bandongan, and sorogan methods are used. The formation of students' ta'dzim attitudes is carried out using two patterns, namely habituation and modeling. Students' attitude towards teachers at MTs Nurul Iman Dempok Jombang is characterized by respecting knowledge and teachers. Please do not walk in front of the teacher or bend when walking in front of him. Obeying the teacher's orders, namely helping the teacher clean the school environment, reading waqia'ah before Duha prayers, praying Duha prayers in congregation, folding carpets, and participating in activities related to the madrasah's vision and mission.
