The research was conducted using a qualitative approach and descriptive design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document review. The results showed that schools had implemented local religious content in the form of Arabic and Javanese language subjects. However, its implementation still faces several challenges, such as time allocation, teacher competence, availability of teaching materials, completeness of infrastructure, and cooperation with stakeholders. Therefore, optimization must be done through increasing time allocation, teacher training, developing teaching materials, strengthening infrastructure, cooperation with related stakeholders, and regular monitoring and evaluation. With such optimisation, it is hoped that implementing local religious content can run effectively and contribute maximally to improving the quality of Islamic Education learning and internalising religious values in students. 摘要

本研究旨在分析当地宗教内容课程的优化工作,以提高莫若瓦诺宗邦第一初级师范学院的伊斯兰教育学习质量。研究采用定性方法和描述性设计。通过观察、访谈和文件审查收集数据。结果显示,学校以阿拉伯语和爪哇语科目的形式实施了本地宗教内容。然而,其实施仍面临着一些挑战,如时间分配、教师能力、教材的可用性、基础设施的完整性以及与利益相关者的合作。因此,必须通过增加时间分配、教师培训、编写教材、加强基础设施、与相关利益方合作以及定期监测和评估等方式进行优化。有了这些优化措施,我们希望本地宗教内容的实施能够有效运行,并最大限度地促进伊斯兰教育学习质量的提高和学生宗教价值观的内化。从理论上讲,本研究的成果有助于开发符合当地需求的伊斯兰教育课程。
