It studies the case of Turkish information technology employees, with an online survey method used for data generation, with data analyzed by SmartPLS and structural equation modeling with the least squares method. Cronbach’s Alpha and Compound Reliability values were used to test the reliability of the generated model. Average variance and factor loads were calculated to test convergent validity. Cross-factor loads were taken into account with the Fornell-Larcker criterion to assess differential validity. In this way, the study finds that organizational justice had a significant effect on work engagement and that productivity had a partial mediating role on this effect. This study examines how Pakistani households behaved and what kinds of coping strategies they used during the extended economic crisis in Pakistan following the advent of the virus. This study uses the protracted theory of planned behavior to estimate and elucidate individual behavior through behavioral commitments. Pakistan government survey data collected from 6,000 households was analyzed with a count data model (Poisson regression) to understand different coping strategies. The results show that approximately 28.5 percent of households did not observe any economic effects of COVID-19 on their general wellbeing. However, 27.7 percent of households reported mild shock, and 22.5, 17.4, and 3.9 percent said they faced either moderate, high, or severe economic influence from COVID-19 lockdowns, respectively. The study tried to explore the link between economic crisis, wellbeing and coping strategies. The study also considers how to maintain incomes, access to food, livelihoods, and re-establishing businesses after a future pandemic. Thecurrent study offers a normative and evaluative explanation of establishing the theory of moral goodness of suicidal intervention on sociological, philosophical, categorical imperatives, and humanist grounds because the suicide rate among university students has been sharply rising in recent years. Following the claims ofsociologists such Durkheim and philosophers likes Kant in regards to human integration, control, ethics, and integrity, a break in a person's suicide choice wouldbe a reason to reconsider. This study intends to critically analyze the patterns andcauses of suicide among Bangladeshi tertiary students by using secondary data analysis and the case study approach. We will argue that suicide elevates the responsibilities and accountability of academic institutions, families, governments, and the general public, necessitating special consideration. This is because the fourth industrial revolution—a period of rapid digital technological advancement—is beginning to impact the world. Coined in Germany as Industry 4.0, despite its name, this revolution is a process of emerging technologies established on older ones. Industry 4.0 represents the fusion of primarily digital developing technologies. This article examines the effects of Industry 4.0 and its revolutionary changes on the volume and nature of global trade, and identifies its quantitative, structural, and comparative impacts on countries and corporations using qualitative methods.. Implementing the core developments of Industry 4.0 will significantly change international trade volume and structure. There will be a significant shift toward services. The goods to gain prominence due to digitalization will mainly be those with high transportation, logistics, data, legislation, and transaction costs. Applying new technologies will also significantly alter the terms of trade. This article studies the relationship between consumer involvement in AR applications, in the context of phygital marketing communications, and consumer purchasing decision involvement. Online surveys were conducted with 420 retail customers using the purposeful sampling method, a non-probability sampling type. In the analysis of the data, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were performed using a statistical package program. We found that there is a moderate and significant relationship between the “perception towards the brand” independent variable, which is a sub-dimension of consumer involvement in AR applications, and the purchasing decision involvement dependent variable (r = 0.538; P = 0). On the other hand, we found no significant relationship between the “hedonic value” independent variable, also a sub-dimension of consumer involvement in AR applications, and the purchasing decision involvement dependent variable (P > 0.05). The education rate in metropolitan cities is rising at the same time that demand for workers is decreasing, affecting students’ opinions about finding or changing jobs. This article studies the impact of skills on the employability confidence of Pakistan university students, alongside the moderating effect of the labor market, using the partial least squares method and structural equation modeling. This research is important because it allows for an examination of employability issues in Pakistan, providing insights into the employability challenges faced by students in a country with distinct socioeconomic conditions. Our findings reveal that personal qualities, professional skills and transferable social skills have a positive and significant relationship with employability confidence, whereas corporate work-related skills and transferable individual skills have a positive but insignificant relationship with employability confidence. Job-seeking skills have a negative and insignificant association. The labor market moderates the relationship between personal qualities and employability confidence, and corporate work-related skills and employability confidence. No moderating effect was found between other relationships. This research is novel in its incorporation of the labor market as a moderator in the relationship between skills and employability confidence. A sample of 74 Filipino people identifying as lesbian, gay, and bisexual, aged 23-40 years old, who are in a romantic relationship, and are in contact with both parents, were surveyed. Multilinear regression analysis was used to determine if parental acceptance and LGBT community connectedness predicted outness. We found that the regression model is significant (F[2.72] = 7.872, p < .001). Moreover, parental acceptance is a significant predictor of outness (β = 0.421; p <. 001) whereas LGBT community connectedness was found to not be (β = 0.053; p = 0.629). Therefore, it can be inferred that parental acceptance is more important on the outness of Filipino queer adults than LGBT community connectedness.
