The assessment was carried out by 30 trained panelists using the Hedonic Scale Scoring method. The analysis results show that there are significant differences in the acceptability of color and taste of sweets based on different formulations. Wet sweets (P3) received the highest assessment in all aspects, including color, taste and aroma. Although aroma plays an important role in determining the deliciousness of food, statistical test results show that sweet formulations do not significantly influence the perception of aroma by panelists. These results provide important insights in developing candied starfruit products that are more in line with consumer preferences.","PeriodicalId":515054,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Health, Medicine, and Sports","volume":"29 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140414821","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Urban environmental factors such as noise, bright light, and air pollution can affect their sleep patterns. This study uses a longitudinal observational approach to investigate the influence of sleep quality on the health and academic achievement of migrant students. Data were collected via questionnaires and, where possible, sleep measuring devices. The analysis results show a significant correlation between sleep quality, physical health, mental health, and academic achievement. College students with better sleep patterns tend to have better physical health, lower stress levels, and higher academic achievement. The implication of this research is the importance of supporting the sleep quality of overseas students through educational programs and accessibility to mental health resources. Lifestyle factors such as a balanced diet, adequate physical activity, and stress management are also important in improving sleep quality. This research provides in-depth insight into the factors that influence the sleep quality of migrant students and provides a basis for the development of interventions that support their well-being and academic success in urban environments.","PeriodicalId":515054,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Health, Medicine, and Sports","volume":"4 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140415710","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The main focus is on the role of Health Sports in maintaining physical, spiritual and social health. It was explained that Health Sports not only strengthens body functions, but also stimulates holistic growth and development of individuals towards complete prosperity, in accordance with the definition of the World Health Organization (WHO). It is important to understand that Health Sports is not just heavy physical activity, but also includes activities that are relaxed and without emotional burden. The main goal is to increase the level of dynamic health, enabling individuals to be able to live their daily lives independently, without relying on the help of others. Additionally, the text discusses the vital role of oxygen in the functioning of the human body. Oxygen is an important element in the formation of energy, water vapor and carbon dioxide. Sufficient oxygen levels affect the health of the circulatory system, brain and all body organs. It is emphasized that understanding the oxygen balance in the body is key to maintaining health and preventing disease.","PeriodicalId":515054,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Health, Medicine, and Sports","volume":"2007 25","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140416450","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This phenomenon is a resource for the medical community, health practitioners, local governments and other related parties. Serious attention is needed to this problem to prevent negative impacts on the health and welfare of adolescents in the region. Coordinative efforts between the health, education and government sectors need to be strengthened to develop effective prevention and intervention strategies. A deep understanding of the factors driving Tramadol is key in designing appropriate preventive measures. This research examines the use of the drug tramadol among teenagers in Tasikalaya Regency using a qualitative approach and Differential Association Theory. The results of the study showed that adolescents' support for tramadol was caused by social and environmental factors, including interactions with peers and family members who also used the drug. Teenagers often rationalize their behavior and have certain attitudes that influence their decision to take tramadol. Apart from that, the easy availability of tramadol medication and affordable prices also influences teenagers' choices. This study provides a deeper understanding of the problem of tramadol among adolescents and suggests comprehensive preventive measures.","PeriodicalId":515054,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Health, Medicine, and Sports","volume":"9 8","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140409857","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
