The analysis results show a significant correlation between sleep quality, physical health, mental health, and academic achievement. College students with better sleep patterns tend to have better physical health, lower stress levels, and higher academic achievement. The implication of this research is the importance of supporting the sleep quality of overseas students through educational programs and accessibility to mental health resources. Lifestyle factors such as a balanced diet, adequate physical activity, and stress management are also important in improving sleep quality.
