Along with this, new issues of periodicals published in the 1920s, which have not been available to researchers for various reasons until now, are appearing. In this research, we present the 1922 \"Bulletin\" published by the reference department of the People's Commissariat of Foreign Affairs of the USSR. the issue printed on March 15, which we found in the National Archives of Armenia. In 1828 Stepannos Ter-Khlghat-yan, who is the ancestor of the Petrosyan family, resettled Western Armenia, Alashkert region, founded the village of Ghastur (Astur), as a pleace of pilgrima-ge. The temple of St. Hakob is named after the Pateriarch St. Hakob of Mtsbnat (Western Armenia). The Ter-Khlghatyan family, resettled from Western Arme-nia, settled in Verin Getashen in 1828. Among other valuables in the temple of St. Hakob is the main book of Horologia, which in the 1862 was published by the printing house of the Etchmiadzin Cathedral named after \"St. Grigor the Illumi-nator\". The Chronology entitled \" Horologia of the Holy Church of Armenia\" consists of three books, the third book, in turn, consists of three volumes, with corresponding two title pages. The Horologia is unique in its printing style and a typical feature of for books published in 1862. In the frame of this study, we present the achievements and problems of libraries operating in Armavir region in the context of the development of in-formation technologies of the 21st century. The publications that have reached us prove that the Khaldarian printing house had its own style and handwriting in the Armenian printing history. In this research, we present the activity of the first Armenian printing house in Russia, evaluating it from the point of view of Armenian printing. Every library designs its website based on specific requirements, characteristics, financial resources, challenges, etc. However, all websites share some common standards. The following article examines a website's distinct attributes, required standards, and layout challenges to establish a library-user online link efficiently.
