The study aims to investigate the impact of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer confidence in the TikTok online store. The method used involves the use of online surveys using data filling forms (Google Forms) to users of the online shop. The data collected is analyzed using regression analysis to evaluate the relationship between independent variables (service quality and client satisfaction) and dependent variables. (customer trust). The results show that good service quality and customer satisfaction levels positively affect the level of customer confidence in TikTok online stores. These findings show the importance of providing high-quality service and paying attention to customers’ satisfaction to build trust in an e-commerce environment. Where this tiktok media is used as a means to display his identity as a slang young person in social media with the use of language variations that are sociolect language variations. This study aims to determine the use of language used by generation Z young people in every upload of TikTok video posts, captions used and comments made by netizens. This research uses a method with a type of literature study research which is then used for data collection. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the analysis of the use of language variations on TikTok social media of generation Z young people found several language variations such as acrolec variations, vulgarity, slang, colloquial, jargon, and ken in several posts, captions and in the comment column. Caused by two factors, namely internal factors and external factors. In internal factors, language variation is formed through phonological and morphological processes. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is becoming increasingly important in business, emphasizing a company's responsibility to society and the environment, in addition to financial profits. In the legal context of business agreements, CSR contributes to the welfare of society, especially in the era of globalization. In Indonesia, the implementation of CSR in business contract law is still new and not yet fully regulated, creating challenges related to protecting community rights and the social impact of business. This research explains that business agreement law encourages CSR through legal obligations, legal certainty, and facilitating cooperation between parties. Implementation of CSR principles in business agreements includes due diligence, environmental and worker rights clauses, as well as open communication with stakeholders. This increases public trust and corporate competitiveness, and supports sustainable development goals. The application of CSR in business contract law increases access to resources, community economic empowerment, and community quality of life, as well as minimizing negative environmental impacts. Thus, CSR contributes to sustainable development and the welfare of society as a whole. The development process carried out is a form of service improvement. This study was carried out to analyze the development management of RSU Haji Medan which was carried out by PT. KSO Adhi-Penta. Good construction management needs to be implemented to ensure that work can be completed according to the implementation schedule. The problem formulation in this research discusses three research focuses, namely: 1) Supervision of project management at RSU Haji Medan, 2) Arrangement of human and material resources, 3) Arrangement of scheduling of RSU Haji Medan project activities. The analytical method in this research was carried out using the and Build principle. The Design and Build method provides opportunities to increase time and cost efficiency. The results of this research are: 1) Construction supervision management ensures that all construction activities take place in accordance with the plans, specifications and standards that have been set. 2) Human resources (HR) and material factors cannot be separated because they will have an impact on the quality and running of the business activities carried out. Not only that, the quality of human resources and materials will provide maximum results. 3) PT.
