With the increasing prospects for development and activities in this region, more and more people are coming to work, try their luck, attend education and live in this region. The geographical location of Alor Regency with the Islands region makes people choose the alternative boarding house as a temporary residence. People experience problems when looking for a boarding house because they have to go around and ask acquaintances and friends about the availability of empty boarding rooms. Boarding house owners are also limited in promoting boarding houses, they only write information about the boarding house business in front of the house. This limited information means a system has been created that can register, search for and promote boarding house businesses according to needs quickly and precisely. The iterative method is used in developing systems because this method can accept changes in requirements from users if necessary. The system was successfully built with a boarding house and promotion data collection feature as well as a boarding house search feature based on location, facilities and closest distance","PeriodicalId":514349,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Advanced Technology and Social Sciences","volume":" 29","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141001100","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There is a need to evaluate the storage period and the health nature of the eggs of domestic birds from different poultry farms in Bayelsa State, Nigeria. A total of 135 eggs were collected aseptically, 3 each from 5 domestic birds in 3 different poultry farms. These eggs were collected on different storage days (1–7, 8–14, and 15–21) and weighed to ensure their healthy nature. The weight of the different eggs was weighed with an electronic weighing balance and compared among storage days. The result showed that the weight of eggs collected from days 1–7 recorded a mean value, ranging from 54.5±1.0-70.6±0.7g for whole egg, 27.0±0.6-37.5±0.9g for Albumin, 20.1±1.2- 24.7±0.3g for egg York and 5.4±0.3-11.2±0.9g for egg shell. For days 8-14, the weight ranging from 48.8±0.4-64.1±0.4g for whole egg, 24.4±0.1-33.0±1.1g for Albumin, 18.2±0.5-24.3±0.3g for egg York and 6.0±0.2-9.5±0.4g for egg shell. The weight of egg recorded for days 15-21, ranges from 43.5±0.6- 60.6±0.9g for whole egg, 20.8±0.6-30.5±0.8g for Albumin, 16.3±0.6-23.6±0.7g for egg yolk and 5.3±0.1-8.9±0.1g for egg shell. However, as reliance on AI grows, ethical considerations surrounding its use become paramount. This paper examines the ethical dimensions of AI implementation, drawing on insights from industry reports and frameworks such as those by McKinsey, Accenture, and IBM. Key challenges include ensuring system integrity, preventing privacy breaches, and addressing biases. To address these challenges, organizations must prioritize data privacy and security, accuracy and reliability of AI predictions, ethical use and inclusivity, and transparency in decision-making processes. Recommendations for organizations include providing education and training on AI ethics, continuously monitoring and improving ethical guidelines, and regularly updating policies to align with technological advancements and corporate values. Workplace comfort is indispensable for reducing fatigue, unnatural work attitude and uncomfortable movements for veterinarians, assistants or clinic visitors. Convenience in a veterinary clinic especially the physical facilities used by veterinarians and assistants is one of the veterinary supporters and assistants work well. The study used the same design subjects consisting of pretest and posttest method with a sample size of 21 people. Between the two stages of the study there was washing out period for 1 day. The veterinary clinic's facilities are set to within range according to the anthropometry, covering spacing and reducing repetitive or excessive motion and given a convenience questionnaire before and after the improvement. Twelve different genotypes of groundnut were assessed in this trial. The experiment was conducted according to Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with three replications. All plot contained of three rows each having a length of four meters and row to row distance of 45 cm. Similarly, within each row, a plant to plant distance of 15 cm was maintained. Altogether the agronomic applies were kept constant throughout the experiment. Data were recorded on ten different parameters that included plant height (cm), stem diameter (mm), leaf length (cm) and leaf width (cm). The experimental results revealed that the maximum plant height was 53.267 cm recorded in genotype PG-1302 while the lowest plant height was 32.033 cm that was observed for genotype PG-1294. The maximum stem diameter was 4.7333 cm that was observed for PG-1302, while the minimum was 3.6333 cm in case of genotype PG-1294. Maximum leaf length was recorded for PG-1302 which was 6.2333 cm while the lowest one was 4.8000 cm found in BARI-2011 genotype. The maximum leaf width was 2.4667 cm exhibited by PG-1302, while the minimum value was 2.0000 cm in genotype PG-1296.
