It also explores the role of employee job satisfaction as a mediator in this relationship. The research will be conducted at 9 coffee shops located in Semarang City. The population involved in this study consists of all employees working at 9 coffee shops in Semarang City. The sample used comprises 98 individuals who have been working for more than 1 year. Data analysis in this study was conducted using the SmartPLS 3.0 software. Testing hypotheses using the PLS method. The findings indicated that the job satisfaction of coffee shop workers in Semarang City was impacted by factors such as motivation, salary, work environment, and career growth. Enhanced work drive and remuneration will lead to heightened job contentment. Similarly, an improved work environment and opportunities for professional growth would enhance employee job satisfaction. One thing that affects loyalty is job satisfaction. This suggests that when job satisfaction grows, employee loyalty also increases. Job satisfaction acts as a mediator between salary and loyalty, work environment and loyalty, and career development and loyalty. This study was conducted in Meruyung Village, Limo District, Depok City on June 24–July 3, 2023, using descriptive-quantitative method to discover the service quality, product quality, and price offered by sellers, and how these three factors affect customer satisfaction of sacrificial animals. Convenience sampling was used to determine the respondents, which is by meeting people at the sales stalls who have bought goats or sheep as sacrificial animals at least once in Meruyung Village. This study involved 70 respondents. Data was obtained using a Likert scale questionnaire via Google Form and processed using multiple regression analysis. The results shows that the quality of service and product, as well as the price factor offered by sacrificial animal sellers, together affect customer satisfaction with sacrificial animals in Meruyung Village, Limo District, Depok City by 36.5%, but only the factor of product quality has a partially significant influence. This study uses a qualitative method. The MSME population in Denpasar City reached 32,476 MSMEs and the sample used was 100 MSMEs in Denpasar city. This study uses data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. Validity and reliability tests were carried out on respondents who owned MSMEs in Denpasar City. The results of the t test can be obtained t-count of the Intrapreneurship variable of 1.231 with a significance value of 0.221. This significance value is greater than the significance limit value, which is equal to 0.05. Means that Intrapreneurship has a positive and insignificant effect on Financial Performance. The results of the t test can be obtained by the t-count value of the Organizational variable of 5.052 with a significance value of 0.000. This significance value is smaller than the significance limit value, which is equal to 0.05. Means the organization has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Based on the results of the F test, the F value is 20.324 with a significance level of 0.000, so simultaneously the Intrapreneurship and Organization variables have a significant effect on the Financial Performance variable. The type of data used in this research is qualitative data, with the data source coming from secondary sources and the data collection technique used being a documentation technique through literature review using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) data analysis technique by utilizing the Published or Perish (POP) metadata tool and VOS Viewer. The research method used is a qualitative method, with research results showing that the leadership model of Bank Syariah Indonesia has accommodated the best leadership criteria in Islam, which can be adaptive, fast response, and solutions while still implementing the traits and characteristics of leaders who are sincere, trustworthy, Katonah, and tabligh. The aim of this research is to analyze how VR is constructed as a space for testing individual identity in the novel Ready Player One. This research uses qualitative methods with a discourse analytic approach to examine how virtual identities are constructed in novels. Research data was obtained through novel analysis. Analysis was carried out by re-reading the novel and noting each scene that symbolized virtual identity. The research results show that Virtual Reality can be a place for individuals to experiment with their identity. In this novel, the main character Wade Watts uses an Avatar named Parzival to take part in a competition in the OASIS, a virtual world created by James Halliday. Wade chose this Avatar because he wanted to be a brave and strong figure, different from his true identity in the real world. Virtual Reality can have both positive and negative impacts on an individual's identity. On the one hand, Virtual Reality can be a place for individuals to experiment with their identity and find a more authentic identity. This research was carried out at the Goatday Farm located in Seyegan District, Sleman Regency on June 22 - August 20, 2023. This research aims to analyze the upstream-to-downstream agribusiness system of the Goatday farm, analyze the strategies that Goatday has implemented, and analyze the strategies that Goatday can implement in the future. The data sources in this research were obtained from key informants and follow-up informants. The key informant in this research is Mr. Muhammad Farid Akrom the owner of the Goatday farm, while further informants are Mr. Ahmad Fauzi and Mr. Hendri the person in charge of the Goatday farm, and Mr. Hermawan the partner of the Goatday breeder. The analysis used is descriptive analysis, Business Model Canvas (BMC), and SWOT analysis. The result of this research was that Goatday has implemented an agribusiness system on its farms that is integrated. Goatday has also implemented partnerships and has a well-systemized farm. However, such tourism activities also carry inherent risks that can potentially harm visitors. This research, adopting a qualitative approach through a literature study, employs data collection methods by referencing legal documents, pertinent articles, and books relevant to the study. The research findings underscore that legal frameworks guarantee the rights of tourists to protection, safety, and security. Consequently, it is imperative for tourism managers to prioritize the safety of visitors arising from the activities involved. This involves the implementation of robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), effective mitigation procedures, optimal functioning of infrastructure, provision of adequate safety equipment, and continuous enhancement of staff competencies. Owners of tourist attractions bear the responsibility of ensuring both the safety and legal protection of visitors, acknowledging the mutual benefits derived from the presence of tourists.
