The research method used is qualitative with a constructivist paradigm. This research uses primary data from observations and interviews with 3 sources and secondary data obtained from book references or documentation. This research shows that the TikTok application has a big influence on changes in people's behavior, one of which is the existence of the Affiliate feature and the many people who have succeeded in making this feature a personal business, making ordinary people who don't know how to use this feature inspired and want to become affiliates. This feature also allows people to collaborate with new media as a personal business, namely an affiliate. This success was achieved through full concentration and learning by opening educational content regarding Affiliates. The research aims to describe and analyse the social relations of Nias ethnic surname marriage couples with the community in Sibolga City. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. This research was conducted in the Sibolga City area. Data collection techniques were observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that surname marriages by ethnic Nias in Sibolga City tend to be hidden and not discussed openly or covered up. In general, surname marriages have the aim of remaining in the same family line, tend to facilitate jujuran affairs and as an effort to maintain family assets. In particular, surname marriages are considered to be accepted more easily within the family, as a form of affection, raising the economic status of the family and avoiding divorce. The different perspectives on surname marriage explain the complexity of society and its social institutions. The formulation of the problem posed in this study are: 1) Why do online game players commit acts of hatred? 2) the legal provisions governing hate? 3) How to enforce the law against hate actors in online games? 4) What are the obstacles in the law enforcement process against hate crime perpetrators? The research method used by the author in this study is the empirical normative method, which is basically a combination of the normative method with the empirical method. The results of this study will show the causes of online game players committing hateful acts in online games in Indonesia, the law enforcement process against hate crime perpetrators, legal provisions governing hateful acts, and factors that become obstacles in enforcing the law against perpetrators of speech. The presence of the COVID-19 pandemic has made Venezuela's list even heavier. The IMF is known as an international financial organization that is often involved in handling financial crises in several affected countries. However, the IMF's involvement in handling the financial crisis and health crisis at the same time was the first experience for the IMF. This research is necessary because it seeks to reveal the IMF's involvement in Venezuela's financial crisis during COVID-19 and makes this the first experience for the IMF in efforts to resolve a country's financial crisis during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research discusses the role of the IMF in resolving Venezuela's economic crisis during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses the concepts of foreign aid and economic liberalization with descriptive qualitative research methods and data collection techniques from various documents, books, archives, journals, and theses. This research shows that the IMF has a significant role in resolving Venezuela's economic crisis during the COVID-19 pandemic, including by providing loans, advice and training in crisis management, which can help Venezuela improve its economy and implement economic liberalization in order to pursue Venezuela's economic system more open for the development of economy. It is estimated that more than 200 million women have undergone Female Genital Mutilation procedures. This is an international problem and concern. The practice of Female Genital Mutilation in England emerged due to the arrival of immigrants who brought this culture. The efforts made by the British government in dealing with Female Genital Mutilation are by enforcing the law in the form of creating anti-Female Genital Mutilation laws and educating the public through campaigns and community empowerment. This research was created to try to see the role of British communities and leadership in dealing with Female Genital Mutilation using comparative feminist political theory and the concept of women's rights. This research will use a qualitative descriptive research methodology. The results of this research are in the form of political policy analysis using four approaches, namely gender; policy; and welfare states, state feminism, policy implementation and making, women's movements.
