It caused by RNA virus that belongs to family Bunyviridae, genus Phlebovirus. It characterized by abortion in small ruminants following heavy rain falls. Also the virus is stable and survives in mosquito vector. Also, it is transmitted by contact with infected tissues and undercooked milk. RVF symptom is influenza like illness, in a severe cases bilateral blindness and encephalitis occurred. Its case fatality rate is very low (CFR=1%), however, it is reported to be as 50% in man. The objectives were to understand RVF epidemiology, analyze its climate and spatial patterns. The method used was to examine dependent and independent variables. The univariate analyses showed significant association between RVF and rain falls, vegetation cover, temperature and ElNino, respectively. The multivariate analyses found significant association between rain fall and vegetation index and RVF. This means rain fall and vegetation index were risk factors for RVF occurrence. Also, likelihood of transmission was calculated as 2.42 where infectiousness that an individual can infect another one. RVF basic reproduction number (R0) was estimated as 0.003. The study discussed RVF likelihood as (1.08%±2SD) decrease in RVF prevalence during year 2025; however no RVF outbreak is expected. The study concluded overall RVF prevalence was 34%. It recommended regression analyses is a very good to predict RVF, however vector ecology is essential. Therefore, this improves RVF management.

The opposing thoughts of a team cause unsatisfactory results that demand instantaneous resolution and/or greater conflicts in the decision-making of an execution. The study aims to analyze and present the action of care failures, show an adaptation of health management with control implementations based on different population realities. Methodologically, the context is based on an exploratory and retrospective study where authors conceptualize in their publications the reorientation of the care model to leverage qualification and enhance organizational actions. It is concluded then that the context proposes an agenda that provides the expansion of specialized technical scientific knowledge of health professionals and managers and an adequacy of resoluteness and continuous effectiveness of healthcare.
Effective Application of Biocompatible Magnetite Nanoparticles in the Treatment of Multiple Sclerosis: Results of a Clinical Study
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a serious neurological disorder due to its widespread prevalence, chronic nature, frequent progression to disability, and tendency to affect young people. The pathogenesis of MS is based on the immunopathogenesis hypothesis. Biocompatible magnetite nanoparticles, which exhibit selective sorption activity towards cell membrane surface proteins, circulating immune com-plexes, lymphocytotoxic antibodies, and the complement system, as well as enhance phagocytic ac-tivity and the completion index of leukocyte phagocytosis, can be effectively used for immunocor-rection. The main goal of the study is to slow the progression of MS, improve the neurological status and overall condition of the patient, and reduce the dynamics of the spread of demyelinating lesions in the brain. Materials and methods: A patient diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, secondary progres-sive type, cerebrospinal form, at the clinical aggravation stage was included in the study. Neurologi-cal status and disability were assessed using the EDSS scale, and brain MRI with contrast enhance-ment was performed. The nanodevice Micromage-B was administered orally as an immunosorbent and immunomodulator. The regimen and dosage of Micromage-B were personalized. Assessments of general condition and neurological status were conducted every 7 days for 6 months, with contrast-enhanced brain MRI performed in the 5th month. Results: The use of Micromage-B in MS treatment led to an objective improvement in neurological status, with reduced stiffness and fatigue in the lower extremities. Gait and coordination improved, hand tremors decreased, depression and concen-tration disorders subsided, appetite was restored, and speech improved. Throughout the treatment period, positive dynamics in the normalization of neurological status were observed. After 6 months, the total score on the EDSS scale decreased from 210 to 45. The most significant improvements were observed in the evaluation of the pyramidal system and coordination, with the EDSS Disability Scale score decreasing from 6.0 to 5.0. For the first time, contrast-enhanced brain MRI showed a reduction in the number of new demyelination foci by the 4th month of Micromage-B administra-tion. The positive changes in neurological status correlated with the MRI results. The recovery of central nervous system activity in MS is likely not only due to the immunosuppressive properties of magnetite nanoparticles but also due to the activation of remyelination mechanisms and oligoden-drocyte differentiation through enzymatic methylation. Conclusion: The use of biocompatible nanodevices in the complex treatment of MS is promising. Further improvement and study of the regimen and method of using biocompatible magnetite nanoparticles to enhance MS treatment effec-tiveness are required.

Female patients presenting with abdominal pain in the presence of an underlying gynecological pathology such as ectopic pregnancy, threatened abortion, ovarian cyst, tubo-ovarian abscess or pelvic inflammatory disease can mimic acute appendicitis, potentially complicate the clinical picture and affect the diagnostic accuracy. Open or laparoscopic surgery is the mainstay of management for Complicated Appendicitis. Our patient was operated having signs and symptoms of pelvic peritonitis, with intraoperative finding of pelvic cavity blood with right ruptured ovarian simple cyst. She also had significant appendiceal abscess contained by omentum, terminal ilium, cecum and sigmoid colon with eaten up appendix in the abscess. This is a rare co-occurrence of appendiceal abscess with ruptured ovarian cyst, only one previous published case report of acute appendicitis with ruptured ovarian cyst.

The theoretical foundation is shaped in current and retrospective productions, establishing a coherent study whose documents used are from reliable sources. The result confirms that there are different actions in the management of assistance policies and that the users of the process involuntarily regularize the relevance of the complexity documented by sectoral interests, where the dominant action filed for use refers to important and confidential data. The gaps in public policies are of great relevance and indicate that the effort is paramount in health care, but the concentration on archived data will avoid future disruptions in the administrative and collaborative sector.

Considering state-of-the-art devices as an aid in various highly complex surgical procedures, this gives society confidence in the services available, with continuous and rehabilitation treatments being the ones that have a greater number of technological devices helping in their favor. The contextualization aims to analyse that the inclusion of digitalization linked to virtual realities with different aspects and robotics helps to reduce hospitalization time. Methodologically, a bibliographic review was used, recommending the topic with articles that reference clinically successful research, and a Capes database was used in the search for the retrospective review. It is considered that the production describes the quality and reliability of virtual techniques and the scope of health improvement, which thus corroborates the benefits of organizational understanding in economic and care terms.

Ultrasonography has been used as early as 1971 for the diagnosis of prostatic enlargement.\u0000Patients and Methods: The case of a 53-year old diabetic and hypertensive male who had refractory psoriasis and developed benign enlargement is described and an educational ultrasound images are presented.\u0000Results: The patient was complaining of dribbling after micturition for few weeks. He was not having difficulty in starting urination nor complained of frequent micturition, and the urine stream was considered normal. The urinary bladder was normal, but with mild hazy wall outline. Pre-voiding volume was 248 ml, and post-voiding volume was 9 ml. Ultrasound of the prostate showed enlarged prostate with homogenous texture. Prostate volume was 36.6 ml (Normal: 25 ml). Therefore, Oral finasteride was started.\u0000Conclusion: Many medications have been used in the treatment of benign enlargement of the prostate during the 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s, including progestational agents, Amino acids, spironolactone, candicidin, nystatin, flutamide, bromocriptine, alpha-adrenergic blockers, Serenoa repens (Saw palmetto extracts), and mepartricin. However, the current evidence-based opinion suggests that benign enlargement of the prostate can be initially treated with medications that can reduce the volume of the prostate such as finasteride and dutasteride. Tamsulosin or alfuzosin can be added to further improve lower urinary symptoms.
