In radiodiagnostics, the means most used in patients with lymphoma are ultrasound, CT, MR and hybrid PET/CT.\u0000Dissussion: Unfortunately, in modern literature there are few sources that highlight the major differences that can be detected by ultrasound, CT and MR between the various primary ovarian malignant diseases and ovarian metastases coming from different sites of primary origin of the tumor. In my work I analyze some of them with figures and tables.\u0000Conclusion: We would underline that the radiological images of a secondary ovarian neoplasm differ from a ovarian lymphoma based on the nature of the primary disease.

(Sapsaprang et al., 2015) Consequently, treatment guidelines consistently advocate for the utilization of intranasal corticosteroids (INC) in cases of severe disease or disruptive symptoms. (Bousquet et al., 2020; Dykewicz et al., 2020; Emeryk et al., 2019; Scadding et al., 2017) However, clinical evidence suggests that during episodes of nasal mucosal inflammation, tissue edema can hinder the comprehensive dispersion of INC particles into deeper nasal recesses, thus impeding their therapeutic reach to affected regions. (Abdelhafeez, 2022; Rollema et al., 2022; Sher & Ross, 2014) Conversely, presently available nasal spray formulations, particularly aqueous solutions commonly employed in Thailand, exhibit limitations in achieving efficient particle dispersion. Consequently, the effective delivery of INC is significantly contingent upon proper medication administration techniques, including bottle priming and synchronized inhalation during actuation. Literature reviews have divulged that many INC users frequently mismanage or inefficiently apply the medication, particularly during the actuation process.(Al-Rasheedi, 2023; May & Dolen, 2019) Common issues include improper alignment of the nasal spray nozzle, inadequate force exerted during actuation, and failure to synchronize inhalation with medication release, collectively contributing to suboptimal treatment outcomes.

Among different nanomaterials, a wide variety of these materials reveal high intrinsic enzyme-like activity. Due to their high catalytic efficiency and stability, the new field of nanozyme-based catalysis, which has been introduced as an alternative to enzyme-based catalysis, is called nanozyme chemistry. On the other hand, nanozymes are known as nanomaterials with high enzyme-like activity and can be used to simulate enzymatic reactions in harsh environmental conditions. This article aimed to present a brief introduction on the nanozyme-based chemistry with emphasizing on the historical overview of recent nanozymatic sensors.

It represents a paradigm shift from the traditional “one size fits all” approach to a more targeted and precise form of medical care.\u0000In precision medicine, extensive genomic analysis and other high-throughput technologies are employed to identify genetic variations and molecular markers associated with specific diseases or treatment responses. This wealth of genetic information allows healthcare professionals to make more accurate diagnoses, predict disease risks, and design personalized treatment plans.\u0000The application of precision medicine spans various medical fields, including oncology, cardiovascular diseases, neurology, and infectious diseases. In oncology, for example, molecular profiling of tumors enables the identification of specific genetic alterations that guide the selection of targeted therapies, leading to improved patient outcomes and reduced adverse effects.\u0000Precision medicine also holds great promise in preventive medicine. By identifying an individual’s genetic predispositions to certain diseases, clinicians can recommend tailored lifestyle modifications or interventions to mitigate the risk. Additionally, the integration of electronic health records, wearable devices, and mobile health applications facilitates real-time monitoring and personalized interventions, enhancing patient engagement and overall healthcare outcomes.\u0000Despite its potential, several challenges need to be addressed for the widespread implementation of precision medicine. These include the high cost of genomic sequencing and data analysis, ensuring data privacy and security, and the need for interdisciplinary collaboration among researchers, clinicians, and policymakers.\u0000In conclusion, precision medicine represents a transformative approach to healthcare, enabling personalized and targeted interventions that have the potential to revolutionize patient care, improve treatment outcomes, and reduce healthcare costs. Efforts to overcome the challenges associated with precision medicine are crucial for its successful integration into routine clinical practice.
