The type of research used in this study is library research, which is an effort to find and collect materials from book sources, research results and so on related to the research problem to be carried out, both in the form of an explanation of the research focus aspect (operational definition in qualitative terms), and to emphasize the position of the research to be carried out (standing position). As a result, there is a shift in the value of dowry in Indonesia, which was originally a symbol of love, affection, and respect for the future husband to the future wife. However, currently forms of dowry such as a glass of water, a cup of coffee, a bird, a crowbar, three chicken eggs, and flip-flops show a decline in value. An expensive gift that should be valuable, useful, and valuable becomes a gift that is worthless, has little benefit, and is not worth at all.","PeriodicalId":509174,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Syntax Admiration","volume":"59 42","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141804596","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Various influential factors have been analyzed in relation to efforts to improve performance. Various aspects have been explored, both from the organizational and individual side, with various perspectives resulting in diverse findings. The focus of the study aimed to understand the impact of competencies and working conditions on employee outcomes. The approach in the study uses quantitative correlation which examines cause-and-effect relationships. The study population consisted of 96 employees of the Maluku Province Bawaslu, which was also used as the research sample (saturated sample). The instrument used has gone through validity and reliability testing, which then the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. The study findings show that competence and work environment have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. This suggests that employees who are more competent and work in better working conditions tend to have better performance. The path analysis and discussion conducted in the study also supported these findings, concluding that competence working conditions have a positive and meaningful impact on employee performance, thus reinforcing the conclusion that these two factors are important in improving employee performance.","PeriodicalId":509174,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Syntax Admiration","volume":"46 3","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141809713","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the model in depth of energy waqf (solar panel) on the issue of climate change. The data of this study was obtained through a literature study and evaluated in three steps: data reduction, data distribution, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the waqf energy model (solar panel) can reduce greenhouse gas emissions. This is because solar power plants built with waqf funds can produce safe electrical energy and do not emit greenhouse gases. Solar power plants built with waqf funds can be used to meet the needs of the community, such as households, SMEs, and industries. This can reduce people's dependence on fossil energy, which is an energy source that produces greenhouse gas emissions. In addition, the energy waqf model (solar panels) can also generate economic and social benefits for the community. This has an impact on the aim of this research is to understand student problems, student learning styles and Islamic boarding school learning methods for class XI at Pelita Raya Jambi private high school. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, specifically case study. The number of informants taken was 31 people. Data collection tools for this research are descriptive questionnaires, observations, interviews and literature studies. The research results show that the teacher's learning methods do not match the students' learning styles. Teachers apply monotonous learning methods, tend to lecture in one direction and experience difficulties in teaching. Meanwhile, 55% of students have a visual learning style, 16% kinesthetic and 29% auditory. This has an impact on 60% of students in the class having difficulty focusing on the material because they are sleepy, bored and more interested in paying attention to their respective gadgets rather than paying attention to the material being explained. One of the main strategies for growth is business expansion, which often requires additional funding. Internal funding is often insufficient, so many companies turn to external sources of funds, such as through an Initial Public Offering (IPO). IPOs are defined in Law No. 8/1995 on Capital Markets and offer various benefits, including increased share ownership by individual investors, expansion of product distribution, and long-term investor support. However, some listed companies choose not to list their shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, a decision that complies with the Capital Market Law. A company can be classified as a public company if it meets certain criteria, including the number of shareholders and minimum paid-up capital. While not listing on the stock exchange may have its own benefits and drawbacks, this decision has significant implications for the company's operations. This study explains the dynamics and implications of various funding strategies in the current business context, providing insights into the IPO decision and the choice not to list on the stock exchange.","PeriodicalId":509174,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Syntax Admiration","volume":"57 9","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141813016","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One way to show gratitude for the work that state civil apparatus employees do is to give them a raise. This will have a positive impact on their morale, productivity, and overall well-being. This prompted the author to investigate whether or not the Cilacap Regency Government's civil officials, and those working in the Kesugihan District Office in particular, would be more productive after receiving a salary increase. The author's research shows that in the Kesugihan District office setting, additional employee income does have an effect on civil servants' performance, but that this effect is not yet optimal and requires additional attention from leadership to achieve maximum results. The Kesugihan District Office's civil servants could benefit from additional employee income (TPP) in the form of higher wages and better working conditions, as well as more discipline, which should lead to better service delivery.","PeriodicalId":509174,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Syntax Admiration","volume":"78 17","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141818975","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
