This is qualitative research using the interview method through psycho-educational group counseling sessions. This study involved a sample of six PRS students consisting of students aged 16 and 17 years. As a result of the group sessions, three main themes were identified by the objectives of the study, namely the perception of students following the Peer Mentoring (PRS) program, students' self-efficacy in becoming Peer Mentoring (PRS) and action plans that can be taken to become Peer Mentoring ( PRS) that are effective. The implications of the study show that guidance in terms of formal communication is very necessary and the researcher hopes that this study can help other researchers see PRS's perception and self-confidence in helping other peers.","PeriodicalId":508750,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Academic Research in Business and Social Sciences","volume":"88 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-06-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141388978","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To reach our goal, we used the PRISMA protocol and VOSviewer to find the relevant documents in the Scopus database between 2004 and May 2024. A total of 481 papers were analyzed. The study revealed that the USA and China led in published papers on VAT research, with 83 and 68 papers respectively. Most authors contributed fewer than five papers, but Keen, M., and Omodero, C.O. stood out as the most prolific with five papers each. \"International Tax And Public Finance\" emerged as the most prolific journal with 16 papers and 138 total citations (TCs). \"Firm investment and exporting: Evidence from China's value-added tax reform\" was the most cited paper with 202 citations. The findings also emphasized the need for nuanced policy design to mitigate adverse effects of VAT while promoting sustainable development. Additionally, this study underscores the challenge VAT poses to redistribution theory, emphasizing the need for fair taxation policies. Furthermore, policymakers must address VAT's regressive nature through targeted relief measures and social welfare programs to mitigate its impact on vulnerable populations. Through this examination, the study underscores the complex interplay between VAT policy, academic inquiry, and socioeconomic outcomes, providing valuable insights for policymakers and researchers alike.","PeriodicalId":508750,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Academic Research in Business and Social Sciences","volume":"54 5","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141412187","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

While there is a growing body of information on entrepreneurial leadership in schools, there remains a lack of specific insights into the practices of these entrepreneurial leaders within centralized school systems. Schools, traditionally regarded as non-profit organizations, are now witnessing a significant shift towards entrepreneurial leadership in their administrative structures. Despite past studies emphasizing the crucial role of school leaders in shaping school culture, there is a dearth of detailed discussion on the specific practices of centralized entrepreneurial school principals. This study aims to address this gap by examining how entrepreneurial leadership practices influence the cultural emergence of schools. To achieve the objectives of this study, two entrepreneurial school principals from different backgrounds and locations were selected. These principals were chosen based on their successful implementation of entrepreneurial practices as recognized by their followers and community members. A total of 18 respondents, including school principals, teachers, and stakeholders, were interviewed and assessed following the study's objectives. In conclusion, this study contributes to the educational literature by expanding our understanding of entrepreneurial culture within schools through the lens of leadership practices employed by school principals.","PeriodicalId":508750,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Academic Research in Business and Social Sciences","volume":"27 9","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140968567","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study adopted qualitative research methods, including semi-structured interviews and observation, to gain an in-depth understanding of the use of color in contemporary Chinese expressionist landscape oil paintings. Through in-depth conversations with artists and detailed observations of their work, the motivations, emotions and symbolism behind the use of color are captured. In addition, this study integrates thematic analysis and Feldman's theory of art criticism to analyze interview data and the use of color in the works of famous Chinese artists. Research findings show that artists tend to use bright and expressive colors to create strong visual impact through personalized color choices and bold color contrasts. In addition, through the use of techniques such as \"impasto\" and \"scumbling\", artists enhance the texture and visual depth of their works, thereby improving the overall expressiveness of the artwork. The color characteristic model created by the researchers has a positive effect on art education and provides theoretical support for understanding the innovation of contemporary expressionist painters in the use of color. Given the important role of color in contemporary Chinese expressionist landscape oil paintings, future research can expand the scope of research to explore the use of color in different art genres, and it is recommended to study the works of emerging contemporary young artists to understand new trends in the use of color. and innovative approaches to further enrich art education and critical theory. The research results have had a profound impact on art education, creation, criticism and the market, and pointed out new directions for the future development of art.","PeriodicalId":508750,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Academic Research in Business and Social Sciences","volume":"40 10","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140979338","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
