This study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection is conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation. The research findings indicate that (1) In terms of program success criteria, the results show the effectiveness of IZ development towards Corruption-Free Zone and Clean Bureaucratic Service Area in the Kantor Pertanahan Kota Langsa. (2) The research findings related to target achievement criteria demonstrate that the Kantor Pertanahan Kota Langsa has effectively implemented the IZ development towards Corruption-Free Zone and Clean Bureaucratic Service Area. (3) Concerning program satisfaction criteria, this research shows that the IZ development towards Corruption-Free Zone and Clean Bureaucratic Service Area in the Kantor Pertanahan Kota Langsa has been carried out effectively. Indonesian Selling Cars (OLX Autos) Solo. This type of research uses descriptive research methods with quantitative analysis. This research was conducted at PT. Indonesian Selling Cars (OLX Autos) which are addressed at HTC Solo Lt. UG Parking Jl. Ir. Soekarno Grogol, Madegondo Hamlet, Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java. This research was conducted by giving questionnaires to all employees of PT. Indonesian Selling Car. The research plan will be carried out for 3 months. The population in this study is 120 employees who work at PT. Indonesian Selling Cars (OLX Autos) Solo. In this study, it was determined that 40% of 120, namely 48, was rounded up to 50 employees. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling technique.The results of this study discipline, motivation and work environment have a simultaneous and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Indonesian Selling Cars (OLX Autos) Solo. Based on the t test, the results of discipline, motivation and work environment have a simultaneous and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. This study aims to provide a descriptive account of the Development of Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Elevating the Economic Landscape within the MSME Sector of the Culinary Tourism Hub in Dharmahusada, Surabaya. Employing a qualitative methodology with a descriptive approach, the research delves into the strategies employed for business development in boosting the economic facet of the MSME sector within the Dharmahusada Culinary Tourism Hub in Surabaya.The findings of the research underscore that the Surabaya City government has formulated rational, proportionate, and well-organized policies for the organization and provision of space for street food vendors within the Dharmahusada Culinary Tourism Hub. However, the implementation of these policies is impeded by various challenges, including inadequate dissemination of information, limited access to information, and insufficient support or guidance. To address these issues, effective dissemination of information concerning tax incentives for MSMEs, the establishment of comprehensive information systems, the creation of centers for consultation and development of MSMEs, as well as the establishment of a joint marketing system, are imperative. Dividend policy often creates conflict between company management and shareholders. This study aims to examine the effect of capital structure, growth rate, company size on dividend policy in consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the IDX in 2018-2021. Which will be used as samples in this study, namely as many as 18 companies. In this study, the capital structure is proxied using the Debt to equity ratio (DER), the growth rate is proxied by total asset growth (Growth), and company size is proxied by log of total assets (Size). Proposive sampling method is the method used as a determinant of this research sample. The analytical method used is descriptive test, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that capital structure has a negative effect on dividend policy, company growth and company size have a positive effect on dividend policy. This experimental research uses a 2 x 2 factorial experimental design between designs with variables that manipulate independent variables, namely the order of information evidence and information type, and investment decisions as the dependent variable. This study used students of the Bachelor of Accounting study program at UPN \"Veteran\" East Java as research subjects with a total of 82 students who have met the requirements, namely being / having taken the Financial Statement Analysis and Investment Management courses. This study uses normality test and Kruskall Wallis test. Hence, it is crucial to have effective curriculum management to foster the development of students' independent character. The aim of this study was to examine the implementation of curriculum management at the Primago Modern Islamic Boarding School and the strategies employed to shape students' independent character. A qualitative approach with a descriptive research design was employed, and data were collected through descriptions and illustrations. The findings revealed that the management of the pesantren curriculum is closely associated with the management functions known as POAC: planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. These functions have been successfully implemented at the Primago Modern Islamic Boarding School. Moreover, efforts to nurture students' independent character at the school include programs such as fish farming and entrepreneurship, along with the cultivation of habits that encourage students to undertake various activities independently while being closely supervised by the boarding school caretakers.
