This syndrome can be associated with a wide variety of other abnormalities.\u0000\u0000 \u0000\u0000This case concerns a 5-year-old boy with thoracic asymmetry without other clinical abnormalities or functional impairment. An ultrasound confirmed the absence of the pectoralis minor muscle. The additional pediatric examination, abdominal ultrasound and chest X-ray were normal.
