To determine the results, impacts, and benefits obtained from the training provided, evaluation is necessary. The aim of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of functional training for first-level planning experts, determine the extent of the influence of functional training for first-level planning experts on competence, and describe the development of an evaluation model. This research is a mixed methods study with a sequential explanatory model. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample size of 23 people. The results show that functional training for first-level planning experts can effectively improve knowledge, skills, and work attitudes through the learning process and provide benefits for both personal and career development. The influence of training on competence is 78.7%, with the development model of the four levels of training evaluation and perceived training benefit as the evaluation method forming an integrative evaluation model consisting of 5 levels of evaluation as a novelty product about training evaluation, including reactions, learning, behavior, results, and benefits.","PeriodicalId":507569,"journal":{"name":"East Asian Journal of Multidisciplinary Research","volume":"24 8","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139237639","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the context of Sharia economics, murabahah financing has become an important alternative for MSMEs to obtain funds without involving riba (interest) which is prohibited in Sharia principles. The research method used is a case study with a focus on murabahah financing services provided by Bank BSI. The research results show that murabahah financing from Bank BSI has had a positive impact on the welfare of MSMEs in Batam City. MSMEs that received murabahah financing from BSI Bank have experienced an increase in business capital, business expansion and increased production. Another advantage is the consultation and support services in business development provided by BSI Bank. However, this research also identified several challenges in implementing murabahah financing, such as sometimes complicated requirements and administrative obstacles. Therefore, recommendations are given to Bank BSI and the local government to continue to improve ease of access, provide better education, and improve coordination with MSMEs.","PeriodicalId":507569,"journal":{"name":"East Asian Journal of Multidisciplinary Research","volume":"140 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139277949","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Subsequently, it seeks to evaluate whether the implementation of digital marketing has a positive impact on the success of dental healthcare services. This research employs a survey approach with a descriptive method. Data shows that digital marketing has a significant impact on the number of patients visiting clinics compared to traditional patient acquisition methods. This underscores the importance of investing in digital marketing strategies to enhance the reach of dental healthcare services and attract more patients. Hence, internet marketing or digital marketing is not only a tool for modern marketing communication but also a highly influential tool in increasing patient numbers and expanding the scope of services in the context of dental healthcare.","PeriodicalId":507569,"journal":{"name":"East Asian Journal of Multidisciplinary Research","volume":"76 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139287859","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
