The learning process is expected to produce quality human resources in cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects that influence work ability. This work ability will have an impact on the level of satisfaction of the company that employs them. This research aims to evaluate the work abilities of deaf people in cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. This research uses a qualitative exploratory case study methodology with an instrumental case study research design type. The research results prove that deaf employees who work at the Cakra Cigarette Factory must be able to communicate both orally and in writing. They generally have low literacy skills, poor receptive and expressive communication skills, resulting in a lack of understanding of the work contract text. In terms of discipline, they are much more disciplined than normal employees. Socially, they are able to establish good relationships with fellow colleagues. The existence of MSMEs in Medan City is still vulnerable to various factors that affect performance. MSMEs often need help with entrepreneurial competence, entrepreneurial orientation, and utilization of information technology, which impact low competitive advantage. This research aims to analyze entrepreneurial competence, entrepreneurial orientation, and utilization of information technology on business performance through competitive advantage in handicraft businesses assisted by the Office of SME Cooperatives, Industry and Trade of Medan City. This study uses a quantitative approach as a research method. The population in this study were handicraft business actors assisted by the Office of SME Cooperatives, Industry, and Trade of Medan City, totaling 95 respondents—data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and path analysis using Smart PLS. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods to study young entrepreneurs in the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association of Medan City. This study used probability sampling and the Slovin formula to select 350 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and secondary sources such as literature and journals. The results showed that self-efficacy has a positive effect on entrepreneurial performance in BPC Hipmi Medan City, while leadership has a positive effect on entrepreneurial performance. Business experience also has a positive impact on entrepreneurial performance. However, self-efficacy hurts innovative behavior. This research shows that entrepreneurs in HIPMI Medan City need high self-efficacy, digital technology for innovation, and creative ideas. Sampling in this study were all regional development banks in the Sumatra region, totaling 8 banks. This research analysis uses the RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings and Capitals). The results of this study indicate that the health level of regional development banks for the 2017-2022 period is 90.38%, overall the condition of the Bank is in a very healthy condition while for bank health in the pre-covid period (2017-2019) of 89.30% and during the pandemic period (2020-2022) of 91.52%, from the results of this study it is stated that there is a growth in the level of bank health before and during the pandemic of 2.22%. This research design uses a survey method with cross-section data collection through questionnaires. The sample was determined using simple random sampling with a total of 165 employees at PT. Indonesian Ship Industry (Persero) Makassar. The data analysis method used in hypothesis testing is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SPSS.
