This art is created from the mixture of osing culture with mataraman kingdom. Casual fashion is clothing that is simple, practical, comfortable to wear, and has a loose size and is used in everyday life. Jaranan Buto's clothing has a similar shape to casual clothing. To further introduce the culture of the Osing tribe, this Jaranan Buto fashion will be developed into a casual fashion that is comfortable for daily use. The purpose of this research is to describe the creation process and the finished result of the creation of a casual fashion design with the source idea of Jaranan Buto. This research method uses the creation method, which has 3 stages, namely exploration, design, and realization. If it is not utilized as a sustainable forest function, it will cause forest degradation and deforestation. This study aims to determine the form and analyze the perceptions of community farmers in the use of Village Forest in supporting livestock businesses. The research was conducted using questionnaire interviews (qualitative) with purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques on May 6 - June 28, 2024. The characteristics of the informants include farmers who have utilized the Village Forest area for their livestock business, as well as community groups authorized in the management of the Village Forest area. It is known that the form of utilization related to livestock business is by taking forage for livestock that grows wildly around the Village Forest land without further planting. This creative practice study aims to convey the creativity of fashion design which can increase the repertoire of forms and types of clothing that are different from previously existing clothing. This work was inspired by the golden sunrise of Bromo which has its own uniqueness in terms of beautiful and unique visuals and is still very minimally applied or realized as an inspiration for the concept of work by a previous designer. To achieve this goal, the method used in making this work goes through four stages, namely: pre-design, design, embodiment, and presentation by applying the technique of manipulating fabric slashing to the clothing so that it can add creative and aesthetic value to the clothing. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh secara tidak langsung melalui media perantara dari situs resmi (www.idx.co.id) selama periode tahun 2020 dan diperoleh 140 perusahaan yang terdaftar dan memenuhi kriteria dalam penelitian ini. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel rasio leverage, rasio profitabilitas, kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap financial distress dan komite audit tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial distresss. Semakin tinggi tinggi leverage kemungkinan terjadinya financial distress semakin besar. Sebaliknya, semakin besar profitabilitas kemungkinan terjadinya financial distress semakin kecil. Semakin tinggi Kepemilikan institusional kemungkinan terjadinya financial distress semakin kecil. The hypothesis in this research is that location policy and product policy have a positive and significant effect on the decision to use Sua Graphics Padangsidimpuan printing services. The population and sample for this study were 30 employees. To obtain the required data, documentation techniques and questionnaires were used as data sources. The data obtained was then analyzed quantitatively using the multiple linear regression formula. The results of this research are that there is a positive and significant influence between the Location Policy provided by Sua Graphic Printing on the Decision to Use Sua Graphic Printing Services in Padangsidimpuan.
