There are some constraints in this method, such as empty stock, impact on turnover, and visits. The purpose of this research is to see the effect of optimization of minmax method on inventory management that affects customer satisfaction, increase in turnover and number of visits. The research method used descriptive quantitative One Group Design Pre and Post Test method and cross-sectional analytical survey. Researchers observed the variables of customer satisfaction, non-prescription turnover and visits before and after the minmax method intervention, looking at the correlation between customer satisfaction and the increase in turnover and visits. A survey was conducted with 379 customers before and after the intervention to see customer satisfaction. Optimization of the minmax method after the intervention, namely orders via defect with a frequency of every day, cito orders, adding SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) items, HR control of goods. The results of the study before the intervention were Pareto A availability of 81.2%, SKU 2453, and inventory life of 66 days. The customer satisfaction index is 3.38, the average non-prescription and visit turnover is Rp. 811,753,502 and 7818, while after the intervention the increase in pareto A availability is 95.8%, SKU 3346, and inventory life is 42 days. The customer satisfaction index is 4.61, the average non-prescription turnover and visits are Rp. 1,140,740,604 and 9940. However, sometimes there can be cases where a company acquires another company in the hope of gaining synergies but instead incurs losses, which may be due to an unreasonable acquisition price that can harm many parties including the public and shareholders. This can of course be prevented by assessing the performance of the company to be acquired previously and assessing the company's fair market (valuation). This research was conducted to analyze the fair market value of 20% of the shares of PT Link Net Tbk in connection with the planned acquisition by PT XL Axiata Tbk using the Discounted Cash Flow and Abnormal Income methods and to analyze the price offered by PT XL Axiata Tbk to acquire 20% of the shares of PT Link Net Tbk is classified as fair or not. The research results show that in the valuation using the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) method, based on the results of calculating the fair market value of 20% of PT Link Net Tbk amounting to IDR 2,795,896 million or IDR 4,882 per share, while in the valuation using the Abnormal Income method, it is based on the results of calculating the value fair market 20% PT Link Net Tbk amounting to IDR 2,602,704 million or IDR 4,545 per share. Competitiveness: To survive in an ever-changing market environment, companies need to utilize Human Resources (HR), especially employee performance. Employees are a key element of an organization; the success or failure of an organization depends on the performance of its employees. This research aims to determine the relationship and analyze the effect of employee learning on employee knowledge, employee creativity and employee performance, employee creativity on employee satisfaction, employee knowledge on employee performance, and employee satisfaction on employee performance. Respondents in this study were 135 respondents. The sample in this study was employee staff at a cigarette company in Kudus. This research is quantitative in nature with an analysis method using the PLS Structural Equation Model (SEM). CHD is a health burden in the world because it contributes to high mortality rates, including in Indonesia according to Riskesdas 2018. This research aims to determine the description of risk factors for coronary heart disease at the Family Medical Center Hospital Heart Clinic in 2021. This research uses a descriptive survey method with a cross-sectional approach. The total population was 369 and the sample using the total sampling technique obtained 318 people who met the inclusion criteria. The research results showed that the largest age distribution was in the 60-69 year age range, as many as 111 people (34.9%), the largest gender was female, 165 people (51.9%), 15 people (4.7%) had a family history, hypertension 109 people (34.3%), diabetes mellitus 125 people (39.3%), dyslipidemia 201 people (70.4%), smoking 63 people (19.8%), overweight and obesity 224 people (70.3%). Its impact on democracy, security, public policy, and economic growth creates an urgent need for deeper understanding and effective mitigation strategies. This research aims to analyze the causes, and consequences, and identify mitigation strategies for Sociopolitical polarization. The research was carried out using a descriptive qualitative approach, relying on data from relevant previous studies to process and analyze the phenomenon comprehensively. The results of the research show that Sociopolitical polarization is caused by various interrelated factors and has a broad impact on the social and political structure of society. Effective mitigation strategies include education and media literacy, dialogue and reconciliation, changes in political policies and practices, and regulation of technology and media. However, significant challenges such as resistance to change, the complexity of social identities, and global dynamics require a holistic and sustainable approach. Building consensus in a polarized society and creating a more integrated society is key to overcoming polarization. The results of the research show that an effective cybersecurity strategy requires an adaptive and innovative approach, utilizing the latest technology and cross-sector collaboration. The importance of international collaboration and human resource development in the field of cyber security was emphasized as a key factor in building stronger defenses against cyber attacks. Analysis of global cyber threats and their threat actors provides insight into the importance of cybersecurity education and awareness at all levels of organizations and society. The security strategy developed must be able to adapt to changes in technology and attack tactics to ensure effective protection. Therefore, it is important to evaluate and identify effective strategies to mitigate the impacts of climate change and move towards a sustainable future. This research aims to explore comprehensive policy responses and collaborative global action to navigate the climate crisis toward a sustainable future. The research method used is qualitative, by collecting and analyzing data from relevant research results and previous studies. The results of this research found that efforts to overcome the climate crisis require a comprehensive approach, involving strong international cooperation and synergy between development policies. Transitioning to clean energy, sustainable management of natural resources, and increasing community resilience to the impacts of climate change were identified as key strategies. Education and increasing public awareness are also important elements in supporting behavior change and community participation. Technology and innovation play a vital role in creating efficient and sustainable solutions. We use Critical Realism as a philosophical basis and an interpretative method modified from contemporary social studies, combined with theoretical eclecticism to allow for a more dynamic analysis. The purposive sampling technique was used with certain practical and methodological considerations to select only subjects who were relevant to the research objectives as respondents. The interviews were then conducted in depth and semi-structured by focusing on three aspects: Knowledge, Utilizing the coding conducted earlier, Skills and Attitudes are identified as dimensions of competency, forming a conceptual framework to steer the analysis. The outcomes present a phenomenological depiction that elucidates diverse perspectives among state civil servants concerning the development of human resource competencies.
