Utilizing ANOVA analyses, the research examines the impact of age, gender, and occupation on consumption patterns, brand preferences, and attitudes towards celebrity endorsements. Findings indicate a significant association between age and soft drink consumption frequency, with younger demographics showing higher consumption rates. However, gender and occupation do not significantly affect brand selection or endorsement perceptions. Notably, consumers across diverse demographics exhibit similar levels of susceptibility to celebrity endorsements, suggesting a universal appeal transcending gender and occupation. Despite demographic variations in consumption habits, celebrity endorsements wield comparable influence across consumer segments. The abstract underscores the importance of celebrity endorsements in shaping consumer behaviour within the soft drink industry and highlights the need for tailored marketing strategies targeting specific age groups.","PeriodicalId":506258,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Advances in Accounting, Economics, and Management","volume":"67 5","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141276874","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This can happen not only to office employees, even teachers can experience job stress. Job stress experienced by a teacher certainly has the possibility of interfering with his productivity and of course can affect the students he teaches. Compensation is one of the things that is considered to improve performance. This research was conducted to find out whether the compensation given was able to have a positive impact on the performance of these teachers and guarantee their performance. Data used in this research we’re collected from 106 respondents and after a several tests, the result is both of the job stress that the teachers felt and the compensation that given by the company can make a positive effect on job performance, that can be interpreted as if job stress reduced, the teacher’s performance will increase. And conversely if the compensation increases, the performance will also increase.","PeriodicalId":506258,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Advances in Accounting, Economics, and Management","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139236301","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
