RM has several complex reasons. Advances in genetics, immunology, and cell biology have strongly connected non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) to recurrent miscarriages. NcRNAs regulate placental trophoblast cell processes, which affect trophoblast development, migration, and invagination; they also have a role in breast and ovarian cancer. As a result, their abnormal expression may contribute to the progression of RM. Several investigations have found a connection between RM and genetic polymorphisms that regulate cell migration. Variations in the long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) SOX2OT gene have been associated with a variety of cancer-related illnesses, particularly colorectal cancer, breast cancer, and cancer of the digestive tract. According to a recent study, the long non-coding SOX2OT rs9839776 CT raises the risk of RM. In this review, we explain the existing evidence supporting a relationship between the LncRNA SOX2OT rs9839776 polymorphisms and recurrent miscarriages.","PeriodicalId":505538,"journal":{"name":"Egyptian Academic Journal of Biological Sciences. The seeds were collected from Eldamazine in the Blue Nile state and Alsamrab north of Khartoum. The oil extracted using hexane, the color of oil examined using a Lovibond tintometer, showed red and yellow colors (0.02, 3.9) for moringa and (2.3, 31.9) for olive oil respectively. Viscosity, density, and refractive index are (23.81, 0.90, 1.472 cp) for moringa oil and (73.5, 0.91, 1.551 cp) for olive oil, respectively. Chemical characteristics of moringa and olive are free fatty acid, peroxide value, iodine value, and saponification value (0.19%, 0.49 mg O 2 /kg/oil 63.5 mg 1/kg/oil, 81.55 mg/ kg /oil, 172 mg KOH / kg oil). GLC was used to detect the fatty acid composition of moringa oil which are Palmitoleic acid (0.1860%), Palmitic acid (3.248%), Linoleic acid (0.0690%), Oleic acid (71.57%), Linolenic acid (6.725%), Stearic acid (7.127%), Arachidic acid (0.9820%), Gadoleic acid (3.842%), Behnic acid (5.973 %) and Arachidonic acid (0.2320 %). Moringa oil contained a high content of tocopherol (257 mg liter).","PeriodicalId":505538,"journal":{"name":"Egyptian Academic Journal of Biological Sciences. Glucose is the easiest atom for your body to diversify and use as a prebiotic, so it will be picked from a vital source of your body's energy . The findings demonstrated that, as compared to the control group, there was no discernible variation in the LDL level in those who skipped breakfast. The findings also demonstrated a statistically significant variation in HDL levels between those who skipped breakfast and the control group. The outcome showed that those who skipped breakfast had significantly lower haemoglobin levels \"P < 0.05\" than those in the control group. The outcome also showed that those who skipped breakfast had significantly lower platelet, red blood cell, and white blood cell counts \"P < 0.05\" than those in the control group. Additionally, the results showed that those who skipped breakfast had significantly lower AST and ALT levels \"P < 0.05\" than those in the control group. Based on the study findings, we draw the conclusion that eating natural food at regular intervals has a noticeable physiological impact on those who skip breakfast in comparison to the control group, which is what caused harm to the liver and other bodily organs' levels and activities.","PeriodicalId":505538,"journal":{"name":"Egyptian Academic Journal of Biological Sciences. Several studies have shed light on this topic in different populations using different methods, but still, the commonest position of Vermiform Appendix (VA) is a subject of debate among researchers, whether in living individuals or cadavers. The current study aims to determine the commonest position of VA to provide a complete understanding of anatomical variations in both genders, using dissection. 122 bodies (92 males and 30 females) were dissected in a mortuary in 10 Sudanese medical schools, between January and September 2022, using Cunningham’s dissection method. The dissection was evaluated for various anatomical locations of the free end of the VA in both genders. The most common position of the VA in both genders was (40.2%) retrocaecal followed by (23.9%) pelvic. The incidence of retrocaecal position in both genders was about the same, while pelvic was greater in males. The commonest location of VA in Sudanese was retrocecal followed by pelvic. No statistically significant association between males and females with the position of the appendix in dissected cadavers. Cadaveric dissection is the best method for detecting the different positions of the VA, it gives wide scope for follow up its free end.","PeriodicalId":505538,"journal":{"name":"Egyptian Academic Journal of Biological Sciences.
