This study aims to explore the relationship between employee engagement and psychological contract, perceived organizational support, and job performance in the context of gig economy, which has some reference value to theory and practice. In this study, quantitative analysis was conducted with the help of the Credamo Big Data platform, and descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis were conducted on 105 sample data by SPSS27.0 and Stata 17.0. The study found a significant positive correlation between employee engagement and psychological contract, perceived organizational support, and job performance.
