This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data was obtained using interview techniques, observation and document analysis. Data analysis uses Miles and Huberman theory through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of the research show that the leadership role of the school principal in motivating, guiding and monitoring teachers can improve the work ethic, quality and professionalism of teachers in the teaching and learning process of teachers in the classroom so that it can increase teacher work participation at SMK Negeri 2 Kualuh Selatan. From the results of this research, it can be concluded, 1. Role The principal's leadership in motivating teachers is carried out by building good communication between fellow teachers, placing teachers according to their competencies. 2. Guiding teachers is carried out by routinely cultivating the collective awareness of each teacher so that they can create a safe and orderly school environment by complying with school rules; try to be fair, and always protect all teachers. 3. Meanwhile, teacher monitoring is carried out by looking at the work ethic, competence and professionalism of teachers in the teaching and learning process. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam memotivasi, membimbing dan memonitoring guru gurudalam peningkatan partisipasi kerja guru SMK Negeri 2 Kualuh Selatan Labuhan batu Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan study kasus. Data diperoleh dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan analisis dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan teori Miles dan Huberman melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam memotivasi, membimbing dan memonitoring guru dapat meningkatkan etos kerja, kualitas dan profesionalisme guru dalam proses belajar mengajar guru dikelas sehingga dapat meningkatakan partisipasi kerjagurudi SMK Negeri 2 Kualuh Selatan Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan, 1. Peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam memotivasi guru dilakukan dengan cara membangun komunikasi yang baik antara sesama guru, menempatkan guru sesuai kompetensinya. 2. Dalam membimbing guru dilakukan dengan cara rutin melalukan pembinaan kesadaran kolektif dari setiap guru agar dapat mewujudkan lingkungan sekolah yang aman dan tertib dengan mematuhi tata tertib sekolah; berusaha untuk bisa bersikap adil, dan selalu mengayomi seluruh guru. 3. A good school culture and habituation to daily practices at school is expected to provide opportunities for school residents to work optimally, efficiently and energetically, and with high enthusiasm to continue to grow and develop into good individuals. This research aims to explore more deeply the role of school culture in improving the quality of education. With a better understanding of how school culture influences the learning process and can identify strategies and best practices that can be implemented in schools to improve the quality of education at SMA Negeri 2 Cepu. The method used is qualitative with data sources from interviews, observations and document data using triagulation data validation. The results of the research show that the most prominent school culture is the culture of literacy by creating a reading corner in the corner of the library by offering a collection of the latest books, making media for each class and media in the school, this can realize the character of the Pancasila student profile of mutual cooperation, critical reasoning, innovation and independent. A culture of environmental cleanliness by sorting waste according to its type and making compost from dry leaves and organic waste. This can create the profile character of a Pancasila student who is devoted to God, the One and Only, has noble character, is cooperative, and innovative. independent and critical thinking. All of this can be realized because of the good management of the principal in realizing the vision and mission of the school and the participation of teachers, education staff, parents and students. as well as the entire school community. So that the school succeeded in becoming an adiwiyata school. ABSTRAKBudaya sekolah diharapkan mampu memperbaiki mutu sekolah, dan karakter seluruh warga sekolah kepala sekolah, guru, tenaga kependidikan, peserta didik dan warga di sekolah. Budaya sekolah yang baik dan menjadi pembiasaan praktik sehari-hari di sekolah diharapkan memberikan peluang warga sekolah dapat bekerja secara optimal, efisien dan energik, dan semangat tinggi untuk terus tumbuh dan berkembang menjadi pribadi-pribadi yang baik. The subjects in this research were the school principal and 3 subject teachers who were involved in managing the school cooperative. Data mining in this research was carried out using direct observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The research was carried out for 3 months from October to December 2022. This research uses qualitative methods, namely research that describes research data with a series of words/sentences rather than statistical formulas, using a type of field research because it was conducted at SMA Negeri 3 Palangka Raya . The research results show that a school principal must have entrepreneurial competence in order to provide enthusiasm (motivation) to teachers as teaching staff and students in entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurial competency takes the form of innovation, namely the principal as the originator and creator of something creative and pouring it into the principal's work program so that it can be realized. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan dari bulan Oktober s/d Desember 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, yaitu penelitian yang mendeskripsikan data penelitian dengan rangkaian kata/ kalimat bukan dengan rumus-rumus statistic, menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan karena dilakukan di SMA Negeri 3 Palangka Raya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seorang kepala sekolah harus memiliki kompetensi kewirausahaan agar bisa memberikan semangat (motivasi) kepada guru sebagai tenaga pengajar dan peserta didik dalam berwirausaha. Bawen Regency Semarang Semester I Academic Year 2022/2023, especially in the aspect of managing teaching and learning activities. This type of research is school action research. The research subjects were teachers at SDN Asinan 01 Kec. Bawen Regency Semarang in Semester I of the 2022/2023 Academic Year as many as 7 teachers. Data collection techniques using observation and documentation studies. The validity of the data using triangulation, namely the triangulation used in research is the triangulation of data sources and method triangulation. Data analysis using qualitative analysis. The results of the research show an increase in teachers' abilities in managing the teaching and learning process (PBM), where in the initial conditions there were no teachers who were able to organize the management of the teaching and learning process (PBM) well. This is proven by the low average scores obtained by the teachers. namely 49.00 and only in the LESS category, in the first cycle it increased quite significantly and there were 2 teachers or 25.00% who were declared capable of managing the teaching and learning process (PBM) well, with a classical average score of 66. 38 and entered the ENOUGH criteria and in the last cycle became a teacher or 100%, proven by the classical score of 82.50 in the GOOD score criteria. From the research results as explained above, it can be concluded that the implementation of academic supervision with a collaborative approach at SDN Asinan 01 Kec. Bawen Regency Semarang Semester I Academic Year 2022/2023 has been proven to be able to improve teachers' abilities in managing PBM.

Bawen Kab. Semarang Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023 khususnya pada aspek pengelolaan kegiatan belajar mengajar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan sekolah. Subjek penelitian adalah guru di SDN Asinan 01 Kec. Bawen Kab. Semarang pada Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023 sebanyak 7 guru. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi, yaitu Triangulasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah triangulasi sumber data dan triangulasi metode. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif. The subjects of this study were teachers in Group I, Group II and Group III at SMA Negeri 11 Jambi City, Jambi Province. Data collection was carried out through interviews, documents, observations and test instruments. This research consists of two cycles. The results of cycle 1 stated that the average score of teachers in Group I was 58.75, Group II was 65 and teaching in Group III was 50. An increase of 41.25% compared to the initial value of 17.5. The teacher's average score increased 40% compared to the initial average value of 25. The results of cycle 2 stated that teachers in Group I got 75, Group II got 84.5 and taught in Group III got 80.5. This increased 16.25% for Group I, 19.5 for Group II and 30.5% for Group III. The average size of the subjects studied in writing PTK proposals was 79.61. There is 17.32% compared to the results in cycle 1. Based on these results it can be concluded that the Triangle MPM technique (presenting, practicing, compiling) is significant enough to make Group I, Group II, and Group III teachers at SMA Negeri 11 Jambi City Jambi Province write Proposals easily. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru Kelompok I, Kelompok II dan Kelompok III di SMA Negeri 11 Kota Jambi Provinsi Jambi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, dokumen, observasi dan instrumen tes. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus. Hasil siklus 1 menyatakan nilai rata-rata guru di Kelompok I adalah 58,75, Kelompok II adalah 65 dan mengajar di Kelompok III adalah 50. Meningkat 41,25% dibandingkan dengan nilai awal 17,5.
