As before, late diagnosis remains in pediatrics — in 50% of cases, the diagnosis of anaphylaxis is not actually made, which makes it necessary to develop skills in diagnosis and treatment tactics. Manipulation training can include several stages. The first stage is the theoretical block. The second stage is a demonstration with commentary and repetition of the air duct installation technique by a tutor-teacher using a special simulator. The third stage is the development of practical skills by students on the simulator and the analysis of errors. Based on this experience, a controlled virtual reality complex has been developed, where for the first time students have the opportunity to actively influence the proposed scenario, eliminate possible errors in the implementation of the algorithm of necessary actions, and come as close as possible to the ideal conduct of medical manipulations. The learning results of 100 6th year students of the Faculty of Medicine of Perm State Medical University were analyzed. Using standardized patients (SP) — an employee trained for the role of SP or the SP—anthropomorphic robot Robo-C. The scenario method of training allowed us to work out the acquired skills in real conditions.
