Therefore, various innovations are needed to improve the quality of public services by the government in order to make it easier for the public to access information. One of the innovations that can be applied is the creation and use of websites in the public service system. The application of the use of the website for public services is able to improve the performance of the government, state civil apparatus and the community in using information and communication technology by using it wisely. The method used emphasizes the full participation of ASN and Non ASN members in the training process, not just the method lecture. The approach applied to this service is the Participatory Rural Appraisal method (Chambers, 1996), where this technique is a technique that is considered technically quite operational. The results obtained in these problems need to be resolved immediately through training on the Implementation of Socialization on the importance of e-Government by providing assistance in the creation and management of websites. This training is unlikely to run well on its own. Therefore, participation from the state civil apparatus and the entire community is very much needed so that this activity can run smoothly and can provide positive changes for the future, including providing an understanding of the importance of E-Government for ASN and Non ASN in the Bankes bangpol environment, providing assistance regarding website creation and management.","PeriodicalId":497129,"journal":{"name":"Asian Journal of Engineering Social and Health","volume":"102 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136209481","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The longer the duration of time required will affect the costs to complete the project. Therefore, an implementation method is needed to support and consider the costs incurred in carrying out the work. In addition, by sharpening priorities, it is hoped that project management efficiency and activities will increase. All of this is to achieve the goals of a multi-story building project that meets the client’s needs. Different implementation methods in a building must be followed by exemplary project implementation and following the plan. Good technical management and implementation can reduce the risks of multi-story building construction projects and delays. It will reduce the development of project costs and will ultimately provide benefits for contractors. The method of implementing this multi-story building uses zoning and bottom-up methods. This method is expected to obtain time efficiency values. The implementation process is fast and obtains optimal costs.","PeriodicalId":497129,"journal":{"name":"Asian Journal of Engineering Social and Health","volume":"39 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136210201","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The incidence of caesarean section in Indonesia is 15.3%. Caesarean section surgery performed in an attempt to expel the baby will leave an incision wound condition. One of the factors that support the process of wound healing is early mobilization. Early mobilization carried out in stages will help improve blood flow thereby speeding up the wound healing process, especially during the inflammatory phase so that the mother can return to normal daily activities. This study aims to determine the effect of early mobilization on the wound healing process in the inflammatory phase of post sectio caesarea. The purpose of this study is to find out how early mobilization influences the wound healing process in the inflammatory phase of post sectio caesarea at Sufina Aziz General Hospital, Medan City in 2023. This study used a quantitative research method with the Quasi Experiment Design method with the One Group Pre-test Post-test Design. The population of all post caesarean section patients at Sufina Aziz Hospital in Medan City with a sample of 15 respondents used the Accidental Sampling technique. Data analysis in this study used the Paired Sample T-Test. The results showed that almost all respondents, namely 14 respondents, experienced wound healing in the inflammatory phase category either on the third day post caesarean section or after (post-test) early mobilization. The results of the Paired Sample T-Test obtained a p value (0.000) <? (0.05) which means that there is an effect of early mobilization on the wound healing process in the inflammatory phase of after caesarean sectionat Sufina Aziz Hospital, Medan City in 2023. Health workers are expected to increase professionalism in providing services to patients, especially in providing early post-sectio caesarea mobilization.","PeriodicalId":497129,"journal":{"name":"Asian Journal of Engineering Social and Health","volume":"90 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136361084","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

While there has long been discussion about their relationship, there has only been minimal empirical data addressed in developing nation contexts such as Nigeria. Entirely theoretical research was conducted in order to close the gap, with the majority of the data coming from a complete assessment of notable works of literature and policy documents. As a result of the findings, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between undergraduate students' risk-taking tendencies and their entrepreneurial intentions. According to the findings, risk-taking tendencies play a significant role in the development of entrepreneurship among students in Nigeria, which is supported by the findings. As a result of this finding, the government should undertake more comprehensive and realistic initiatives to promote entrepreneurship among graduates.","PeriodicalId":497129,"journal":{"name":"Asian Journal of Engineering Social and Health","volume":"43 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135867189","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

 The history of terrorism has been known since the 18th century in several countries and nations in the world, where this condition was motivated by a different mindset from the government in power at that time such as ideology, religion, culture which was then developed by a group of people who became an organization and gave birth to revolutions that had an impact on major changes in the state and nation. But in the 21st century the change in acts of terrorism is very different where what is usually better known as acts of violence, such as suicide bombings, murders, kidnappings and extortion for now in carrying out their actions through internet-based social media by spreading hoax news so that it can easily recruit members to carry out their actions if categorized Cyber terrorism is a crime using very high technology and advanced (High-Tech) The methodology used is qualitative using literature studies; study relevant scientific articles as well as reports from credible observer agencies, compare, conclude strategic points related to Cyber Terrorism prevention strategies. Multidisciplinary approach is used to draw a moderate and objective conclusion in relation to the theme to be discussed. As for the results of analysis and comparison, it can be seen that (1) Officers in the Field do not know in depth about cyber terrorism. (2) the need for forensic laboratories that are digital and capable of high technology. (3) Providing education to the community.
