UNCRC is accepted by many nations. Health is a basic component of life. Without having good health children can’t enjoy their rights. Improper health condition restricts children’s rights. Indian constitution assures the right to life to all. Right to life itself includes right to Health. Various governmental and non-governmental agencies working to protects children’s rights. Indian government launches many policies to provide health care services. Most of the policies has its focus on the maternal and child health.\u0000First five years of the life are very crucial because most of the cognitive development occurs in this period. Development of child depends upon the health of women before conception and during perinatal period. Especially health during pregnancy period directly affects the development of child. Development of child starts from fetal age. Fetus is totally dependable upon its mother for the growth as all essential elements get provided by mother through umbilical cord. Proper immunization, nutritional diet, hygiene, de-addiction, and Heath care of mother, are the essential factors for the fetal growth and development of fetus.\u0000Children are awarded with various children’s rights internationally by United Nations Convention of right to children. India is one of the signatory nations on UNCRC. Children are considered as human being and can enjoy all human rights. But human fetus is not considered as human being. Growth and development of fetus directly affects the quality of child life. For the enjoyment of child right there is necessity to have fetal rights. And diabetes mellitus patients have lipid-rich atherosclerotic plaques, which are more vulnerable to rupture than the non-diabetic patients. Hence; the investigator felt that there is a need to increase the knowledge regarding management of modifiable risk factors of coronary artery disease among patients with diabetes mellitus in a selected diabetic OPD of Hubli-Dharwad district.\u0000STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM: “A study to assess the knowledge regarding management of modifiable risk factors of coronary artery disease among patients with diabetes mellitus in a selected diabetic OPD of Dharwad district with a view to develop an Information Guide Sheet.”\u0000OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY: To assess the knowledge regarding management of modifiable risk factors of coronary artery disease among patients with diabetes mellitus.\u0000To find out an association between knowledge scores with their selected socio-demographic variables.\u0000To develop an Information Guide Sheet on management of modifiable risk factors of coronary artery disease among patients with diabetes mellitus.\u0000METHODOLOGY: A descriptive study was conducted among 100 patients with diabetes mellitus in selected OPD of Dharwad district. The samples were selected by Non-Probability; Purposive Sampling Technique. Data was collected by structured knowledge questionnaire. Data analysis was done using descriptive and inferential statistics.\u0000RESULTS: Overall results of the study revealed that out of 50 patients with diabetes mellitus, majority of the subjects 34 (68%) had average knowledge, 10 (20%) had good knowledge, and 6 (12%) had poor knowledge regarding management of modifiable risk factors of CAD.\u0000CONCLUSION: The study concludes that, knowledge of patients with DM regarding management of modifiable risk factors of CAD was average; therefore, there is an immediate need to initiate preventive measures to raise awareness of these risk factors so that patients with diabetes at high risk for future CAD can be managed.\u0000\u0000Keywords: Modifiable risk factors; coronary artery disease; Diabetes mellitus; Information Guide Sheet; Patients with diabetes mellitus.

Traditional linear models often fail to capture the complexities of pollutant removal processes. Artificial neural networks (ANNs) and adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference systems (ANFIS) have emerged as powerful tools for modeling and optimizing wastewater treatment. ANNs excel in learning complex patterns and nonlinear relationships, while ANFIS integrates neural network learning with fuzzy logic to handle uncertainties in environmental systems. Case studies demonstrate their efficacy in predicting pollutant removal efficiencies, with ANFIS consistently outperforming traditional methods. Insights into influential factors like pH and pollutant concentration guide process optimization. The review underscores ANNs and ANFIS' potential to enhance wastewater treatment efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure regulatory compliance, paving the way for sustainable water management practices.\u0000\u0000Keywords: Artificial neural networks; Adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference systems; Modelling; Wastewater

The first year of life of the baby is crucial in laying the foundation of good health. At this time certain specific biological and psychological needs must be met to ensure the survival and healthy development of the child into a future adult. Breastfeeding is the ideal method suited for the psychological and physiological needs of the infant. It is the most appropriate method of feeding for infants in order to grow and develop. Aims: The aim of the study was to investigate awareness and knowledge of Breast feeding among the primi-para mothers. Methodology: Materials and Methods: Study approach- This was an evaluative study and follow the examination plan as pre-exploratory, for example one gathering pre-test and post-test without control group. The population associated with this investigation was primi -para mothers in HSK Hospital and Research Center at Bagalkot. Tests primi -para mothers at HSK Hospital and Research center at Bagalkot. Sample size is 100 primi -para mothers were remembered for the investigation. Further information were gathered by organized shut finished information poll. Results: Section I Majority of subjects (63.3%) were belong to 18 to 25 years Most of them (41.7%) belong to Hindu. Most of them (41.7%) had primary education Most of them (45.0%) were house wife Most of them (53.3%) had income less than Rs.2000/- Most of them (60%) were nuclear family Majority of them (53.3%) were in rural In source of information, most of them got information from health personnel (31.7%) and family members / relatives (31.7%) Section II The pre-test and post-test knowledge scores of subjects ranged between 5-16 and 22-29 respectively. The mean pre-test knowledge score was 9.1 and mean post-test knowledge was 24.5 with mean difference 15.4. The mean post-test knowledge score was found to be significantlyhigher than mean pre-test knowledge score at 0.05 level of significance. (t59 = 1.96 P< 0.05) The study revealed that there was association between pre-test knowledge score with selected demographic variables like age, education, occupation, income and source of information Conclusion: The main conclusion drawn from this present study was that the knowledge of primi gravida mothers were below average knowledge in pre-test. Primigravida mothers were above average knowledge after the administration of structured teaching programme on knowledge of breastfeeding within one hour of birth in post test. So, it was clearly stated that to acquire maximum level of knowledge, effective structured teaching programme is essential.
