This research uses associative research methods. The research results show that all indicator items are valid and the constructs used are reliable. The R-square value shows that price and location influence satisfaction by 55.3% and influence repurchase intention by 69.7%, both of which are moderate influences. Hypothesis testing shows that price and location have a positive and significant effect on satisfaction and repurchase intention. Satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. This study looked into the characteristics of the students, the project design, the learning environment, and the degree of student engagement. The results showed that student participation ranged from moderate to high, demonstrating the value of student-centered projects. The majority of the sampled students were visual learners, which highlights the necessity for educational practices that can accommodate a variety of learning styles. Examining project designs allows for variation and motivates thinking about methods that work in a variety of educational settings. The necessity for a thorough investigation of the factors affecting student involvement in the learning environment is shown by the delayed accounting for these variables. A comparison with earlier studies reveals both similarities and differences, such as the enhanced results that come from a high level of student engagement and the adaptability of project design. The aforementioned findings add significance to the current discourse around student-centered education by highlighting the necessity for additional investigation to expand upon our comprehension of the multifaceted elements influencing student involvement and the efficacy of student-centered initiatives.","PeriodicalId":495892,"journal":{"name":"International journal papier public review","volume":"22 6","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"138590339","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This article examines the various aspects that affect street-level bureaucrats' decision-making, with a focus on their use of discretion, policy interpretation, resource allocation, communication, ethical considerations, and receptivity to criticism. As a defining characteristic of street-level bureaucracy, discretion gives bureaucrats the freedom to customize policies to specific situations, improving the usefulness of services. To maintain equity and accountability, it is crucial to strike the correct balance of discretion. The decision-making process is heavily influenced by the interpretation of policies, the distribution of scarce resources, and the involvement of ethical considerations. It's crucial to communicate with service users clearly and sympathetically. Continuous improvement is made possible via accountability and feedback mechanisms. Maintaining openness and public confidence requires keeping records of decisions and preserving moral principles. The success and fairness of public services depend heavily on the sound, moral, and compassionate decisions made by street-level bureaucrats, who act as the backbone of public administration. In analyzing the model studied, this research uses an approach via Partial Least Square with Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using Smart PLS. Financial literacy and representativeness bias have a positive and significant effect on the decision to continue investing and financial behavior. This shows that an investor's decision to continue investing is influenced by how much financial literacy he has and his past experience in investing. The higher the financial literacy one has, the higher the influence on the decision to continue investing, as well as representativeness bias. The more past experience an investor has in investing, the greater the influence on the investor's decision to continue investing.","PeriodicalId":495892,"journal":{"name":"International journal papier public review","volume":"199 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135645055","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
