In the Chapter on Langue and Parole Ferdinand de Saussure draws a distinction between Language and Speech, particularly on their interdependence. The language is a tool and the manifestation of the speech, i.e. connecting the spoken activity and written language. The notion of Intertextuality was first used by Juliya Kristeva, and then increased under postmodernism up to “All texts are intertexts” since they refer to the pre-existing texts and current ones. This Article considers the linguistic personality of a bilingual author within the frames of Intertextuality. In this sense, the literary works and translations of Academician Evney Buketov arouse an intense interest to his linguistic personality. The novelty of this approach refers to research gap of intertexts and their meanings. The texts of the Author are being analyzed across philosophical and linguistic sciences. Such approach empowers the multidimensional and holistic analysis of the linguistic personality’s discourse. In this particular case the linguistic personality, the author of the texts is a bilingual person whose mother tongue is the Kazakh language and is proficient in Russian, powerfully writing literary texts. In the meantime, the author is a multicultural personality with overlapping cultural fields that give depth and breadth to the intertext from the standpoint of postmodern discourse.","PeriodicalId":494985,"journal":{"name":"Қарағанды университетінің хабаршысы. The monument is a complex construction, composed of two megalithic structures in the form of long walls, a bulk open terrace with two ramps, additional structures in the form of masonry and stone stelae — koitas. It also includes a quarry and a workshop. The Taskamal complex structure was built on a natural ridge covered with pine forest, located between two swampy areas. On the plan, it has a shape of a zigzag with almost right angles from three main linear sections. On the natural ridge with rocky outcrops, there are traces of human activity — masonry,hewn steps. Judging by the available analogies and its individual architectural elements, the monument can be dated from the Neolithic to the Late Bronze Age. Among the masonry of the western wall, under an open terrace, a carved image of a cow or a bull was found. It is made on a flattened granite slab, which is placed on the rock foundation of the wall, and is technically part of the masonry. Several main details by which the animal can be identified are well preserved — the body, head and hind leg. The relief has no direct analogies in the archaeological monuments of Kazakhstan and Central Asia. Zholdubayeva","doi":"10.31489/2023hph3/246-253","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31489/2023hph3/246-253","url":null,"abstract":"While the “new norm” is usually seen as a post-crisis situation, the pandemic has disrupted important structures such as health care and treatment systems, economic life, culture, socio-economic class structures and race relations, basic institutional arrangements, communities and everyday life. The situation can be assessed by looking at the arrangements put in place on a global scale. The Covid-19 pandemic has shown that the “new norm” is shaped not only by social conditions, but also by our everyday lifestyles, our culture. This can be defined by looking at some of the new skills and rules that will be in place by 2020. The article explores the definition of the “new norm” and outlines predictions for situations that have changed differently according to the “new norm”. A descriptive overview of the societal norms developed in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic is provided, and a synthetic analysis is made. The article highlights the issues of professional training for remote work, in particular, improving the technical skills of working outside the office, digital literacy of employees and self-control skills. During the pandemic, the focus was on the growth of digital literacy. Employees of many companies have successfully mastered videoconferencing, group work chats, project management systems, cloud services and other digital skills during the quarantine period. It all boils down to the fact that this is an important prerequisite for the development of additional employment (freelancing, part-time work, distance learning). The extreme industry of this region does not have a wide genre spectrum as in the West, but nevertheless the heavy metal scene is no worse developed. Middle Eastern metal is a special regional type of extreme music formed at the junction of Western secularism and the confrontation of Islamic dogmatism with liberal trends. To comprehend Islamic liberalism in the modern sense, a brief review of the motives and influence of the Arab Spring on the region was made. As the subject of the study, the authors decided to take advantage of the most common list of countries in the Middle East. But the article covers the most striking examples of the work of musical groups from Tunisia, Egypt, Syria and Iraq. The authors made an in-depth analysis of 4 music tracks, along with album covers and interviews of the participants. Cultural globalization shows the rapidly changing cultural space of the Middle East Society. The authors concluded that cultural globalization has different outcomes in different countries. This was influenced by the preservation of censorship, war and the dissemination of ideas of liberalism through the media. The novelty of the study lies in the interdisciplinary disclosure of the polysemantic nature of Islamic identity from the standpoint of various branches of scientific knowledge: philosophy, psychology, theology, sociology, cultural anthropology, history through the use of appropriate methodological tools. In addition, in a comparative vein, the features of the history and manifestations of Islamic identity in Kazakhstan and the countries of the Islamic World are considered in order to identify common and different and deeper understanding of the nature of Islamic identity in our country. The communicative nature of the information society is determined from a social and cultural perspective. The article highlights how communication and information have become a productive force, enabling the overcoming of national and state as well as cultural and civilizational borders. It also allows for the change of global management trends while leading to an exit beyond local social and cultural systems. Philosophical analysis within a social and cultural approach supports these provisions. The article shows that the information society is undergoing a decentralization of social space and virtualization, with its values being transformed along with their inconsistency and multidimensionality of interpretation. The process of individual adaptation becomes increasingly complex. In the modern digital world, information security is becoming not only a legislative problem, but also a socio-philosophical problem affecting the life of society as a whole.
