We wanted to contribute to existing efforts in designing genetic monitoring methodology for this noble broadleaved species, through the screening of genotypes with different health status and belonging to two phenological varieties [early (var. praecox) vs late (var. tardissima)] using seven oxidative stress parameters (total protein content, total phenolic compounds content, total flavonoids content, DPPH, ABTS, NO radical scavenger activities and Ferric reducing antioxidant power essay - FRAP). Results of this study provided significant biological message, contributing to better understanding of existing biodiversity of pedunculate oak in Serbia. Four out of seven oxidative stress screening tests (total phenolic compounds content, total flavonoids content, RSC NO and FRAP) clearly discriminated late vs early individuals sampled from selected pedunculate oak gene pool. Model je zasnovan na poznavanju položaja točke težišta forvardera, deklariranoj nosivosti forvardera i duljini utovarene oblovine, graničnom nagibu kretnosti forvardera temeljem vučne značajke vozila pri izvoženju drva uz nagib terena te graničnom nagibu terena pri izvoženju drva niz nagib, kod kojega obodna sila poprima vrijednost nula, uz poštivanje ograničenja proisteklih iz prethodnih istraživanja.Simulacijsko modeliranje procjene kretnosti pri izvoženju drva uz i niz nagib terena prikazano je na primjeru osmokotačnoga forvardera Komatsu 875, deklarirane nosivosti 16.000 kg, opremljenoga pneumaticima 710/45-26.5 za koji je metodom podizanja osovine određen položaj točke težišta. Rezultati raspodjele adhezijskog opterećenja prednje i stražnje osovine forvardera ukazali su da pri izvoženju drva tvrdih listača mase 16.000 kg te duljine 4,82 m, uz i niz nagib terena u granicama ±70 % ne dolazi do prekoračenja zbroja dopuštenih opterećenja guma kotača po osovinama te dopuštenog opterećenja prednje i stražnje bogi osovine. Pri izvoženju drva uz nagib terena, do rasterećenja prednje bogi osovine dolazi kod nagiba terena >68 %. Za navedeni raspon uzdužnih nagiba terena, najmanji konusni indeks od 950 kPa za primjerni forvarder predstavlja mjeru okolišne pogodnosti, a izračunat je na osnovi nominalnog tlaka na podlogu referentnih (opterećenijih) kotača stražnje bogi osovine vozila.Granični nagib kretnosti nominalno natovarenoga forvardera uz nagib terena značajno ovisi o nosivosti šumskog tla iskazanoga konusnim indeksom, ali i o klizanju kotača vozila. Za iste vrijednosti konusnoga indeksa tla, pri vrijednostima klizanja kotača (10 – 15 %) koje odgovaraju najvećoj vučnoj korisnosti, granični nagib kretnosti forvardera ima niže vrijednosti, u odnosu na klizanje kotača (20 – 25 %) koje odgovara okolišnom ograničenju, odnosno početku erozionih procesa na nagnutim terenima.Granični nagib terena pri izvoženju drva forvarderom niz nagib terena kod kojeg obodna sila poprima vrijednost nula, značajno ovisi samo o nosivosti šumskog tla te se nije pokazao kao dobar pokazatelj ograničenja izvoženja drva. Šume jele i crnoga graba rastu od 850 m do 1150 m nadmorske visine na kontinentalnoj padini planine Biokovo na karakterističnom vrtačastom reljefu, koji utječe na mozaični raspored golih stijena, tla, vegetacije i šumske prostirke. Cilj ovoga istraživanja je, po prvi puta, za termofilne i najjužnije šume jele i crnoga graba u Hrvatskoj utvrditi fiziografske značajke šumske prostirke i tla te sadržaj teških metala u površinskom sloju tla, pa usporediti dobivene podatke za šumsku prostirku i tlo s podacima za ostale jelove zajednice Hrvatske. Terenskim opažanjima u nizu vrtača utvrđeno je da ljeti (sušno i toplo razdoblje) iz jamskih otvora i pukotina struji hladan zrak, stvarajući u vrtačama specifične mikroklimatske uvjete koji pogoduju jeli i mogu potencijalno biti važan čimbenik njenog opstanka. U šumi jele i crnoga graba utvrđene su značajne količine šumske prostirke i zalihe ugljika, koje su u rasponu od 2,86 kg m–2 do 11,59 kg m–2, odnosno od 1,13 kg m–2 do 4,89 kg m–2 uz izrazitu prostornu varijabilnost. Po fiziografskim značajkama površinskog sloja tla šume jele i crnoga graba grupiraju se uz bukovo-jelove šume sjevernog Velebita i Gorskog kotara, što upućuje na dominantan pedogenetski utjecaj (karbonatnog) matičnog supstrata. Osnovni limitirajući čimbenik tla šuma jele i crnoga graba njegova je mala dubina. In its expanding front it is responsible for killing spruce trees representing millions of cubic meters of wood. In recent years, oriental spruce forests have endemic population of this pest. But extreme climatic conditions that cause extreme weather circumstances may trigger suitable environment that favors D. micans outbreaks. In this study, we aimed to examine tree vitality of naturally infested and uninfested trees in the forest. Field studies were performed at a pure spruce stand in Taşlıca Forest Sub-District, Artvin Directorate of Forestry in 2016. Both infested and uninfested trees were selected in the stand closure. One core per tree was extracted from 30 naturally infested and 30 uninfested oriental spruce trees at the same stand. Core samples were taken at the second week of September. Phloem thickness, recent tree growth rates, diameter of breast height and the average number of xylem cells in a radial file formed until the sampling date were studied. Phloem thickness, recent tree growth rates and number of xylem cells were higher in infested trees. The aim of this study was to examine whether an anthropogenic influence during the regeneration of a pedunculate oak (Quercus robur L.) stand can affect the increment of CO2 emission from the soil. The research was carried out within three plots, out of which two were exposed to different degrees of anthropogenic influence. The air samples were collected using the soil respiratory chambers and analysed using the gas chromatograph Agilent 8890. Based on the obtained results, soil temperature and moisture as the most dominant drivers of the CO2 emission had different effects on the CO2 flux from soil depending on the intensity of anthropogenic influences and environmental conditions. Within the experimental plot with the significant soil alteration, a reliable positive correlation was detected for the CO2 flux with the soil temperature (r = 0.77, p < 0.05). High significant correlation was observed considering soil moisture (r = 0.85, p < 0.05) in the natural soil where the application of pesticides was conducted. This research covered the roe deer breeding stock in the hunting grounds of central Serbia. Based on the analysis, the directions and possibilities for increasing the income in all hunting areas of Serbia has been considered. The assessment of the value of the roe deer breeding stock was determined according to the Rulebook (Official Gazette, No. 18/19), while the income from roe deer culling was calculated using the market price list given by the Hunting Association of Serbia for 2021/2022. It was determined that the value of the male roe deer stock is 6.506.000 €, while the value of the female and offspring stock is approximately 3.615.000€. Total income of culled game in 2017/2018 was 480.626 €, while the income per 100 ha of the total area of all hunting areas is 9€. The highest total income is generated by the Central Hunting ground and it amounts to 191.785 €. Održivo financiranje ima temelj u međunarodnim i nacionalnim financijskim mehanizmima, te u koncesijama i drugim naknadama koje čine vlastite prihode javnih ustanova. Financijsko poslovanje javnih ustanova, neovisno o kategoriji osnivača, propisano je zakonima i pravilnicima na nacionalnoj razini. Pregledom dostavljenih izvješća za poslovnu 2019. godinu uočavaju se obilježja financiranja pojedinih javnih ustanova te njihova usmjerenost prema izvorima novca za njihov razvoj.Polučeni rezultati strukture prihoda javnih ustanova na temelju razmatranja javno dostupnih financijskih obrazaca, ukazuju na potrebu privlačenja projektnih financijskih sredstava, posebice kod javnih ustanova na županijskoj/lokalnoj razini, kako bi se parkovni sustav intenzivno razvijao i unaprjeđivao. Bačić, Matija Landekić","doi":"10.31298/sl.147.5-6.4","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31298/sl.147.5-6.4","url":null,"abstract":"Rad u šumarstvu razumijeva sve ljudske aktivnosti koje su prijeko potrebne za obavljanje planiranih šumarskih poslova, a radi ostvarivanja dobrobiti od šume i šumskoga zemljišta. U skladu s tim šumarski radnici, tj. ljudi s potrebnim znanjima, vještinama i sposobnostima, uz odgovarajuća sredstva za rad i predmet rada predstavljaju temeljni čimbenik šumarske proizvodnje. Stručno osposobljeni, odgovorni, savjesni i motivirani šumarski radnici imaju odlučujuću ulogu u ostvarivanju uspješnih proizvodnih i poslovnih rezultata te čine neodvojivu sastavnicu u suvremenoj, općeprihvaćenoj paradigmi održivoga gospodarenja šumama. Međutim, danas u svijetu stalnih promjena šumarstvo se neprestano nalazi pred izazovom osiguranja kvalificirane i održive radne snage. Nedostatak šumarskih radnika postaje sve učestaliji problem u europskom i svjetskom šumarstvu, a razlog tomu su različiti globalni demografski, ekonomski, tehnološki i politički procesi, kao i specifičnosti samog sektora. U radu se stoga, uz opće značajke šumarskog rada prikazuju neki pokazatelji stanja i položaja radne snage u šumarstvu Europe i svijeta. Posebno se obrađuju aktualna pitanja i problemi u regrutiranju potrebne šumarske radne snage (nedostatak radnika, manjak interesa kod mladih ljudi, starenje postojeće radne snage, šumarski poduzetnici, neformalno zapošljavanje i sl.) te određeni alati i instrumenti važni za uspješno privlačenje i zadržavanje šumarskih radnika (razumijevanje motivacije, kompenzacije za rad, obrazovanje i trening radnika, nove tehnologije i sl.). Janeš, Ivica Papa, Sandi Matijašević, Ivan Žarković, Mihael Lovrinčević, Andreja Đuka","doi":"10.31298/sl.147.5-6.6","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31298/sl.147.5-6.6","url":null,"abstract":"Svrha ovog članka detaljno je pojašnjenje problematike funkcionalnog pristupa utvrđivanja dostupnosti šumske površine, odnosno jednoznačnog i ujednačenog utvrđivanja gustoće cesta i relativne otvorenosti promatrane šumske površine koja se najčešće prikazuje na razini gospodarske jedinice. Navedena dva parametra predstavljaju neizostavne čimbenike u kasnijoj fazi planiranja optimalne mreže šumskih prometnica. Kao vodič postupka otvaranja šuma poslužio je važeći Pravilnik o provedbi mjere M04 »Ulaganja u fizičku imovinu«, podmjere 4.3. »Potpora za ulaganja u infrastrukturu vezano uz razvoj, modernizaciju i prilagodbu poljoprivrede i šumarstva«, tipa operacije 4.3.3. »Ulaganje u šumsku infrastrukturu« iz Programa ruralnog razvoja Republike Hrvatske za razdoblje 2014. – 2020. (NN 106/2015, 65/2017, 77/2017 i 84/2018), koji propisuje način izrade Elaborata učinkovitosti mreže šumskih prometnica – primarne šumske prometne infrastrukture. U ovome radu prikazani su korisni alati unutar dva najzastupljenija GIS programska paketa: komercijalnog ArcGIS programa te besplatnog QGIS programa (eng. open source). Detaljno su prikazani i pojašnjeni GIS alati unutar oba programa, a koji mogu pomoći pri izradi Elaborata učinkovitosti mreže šumskih prometnica – primarne šumske prometne infrastrukture. Coşkunçelebi, Salih Terziog˘lu","doi":"10.31298/sl.147.5-6.2","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31298/sl.147.5-6.2","url":null,"abstract":"In this study, eight Scots pine populations from Turkiye were studied to explore the influence of different habitats and altitudinal zones on the needle anatomical traits. A total of 496 needles belonging to 64 individuals were examined using light microscopy with the aim to score variability of sixteen needle anatomical traits. Variance analysis showed significant differences in needle thickness, needle width, resin canal number, resin canal diameter, central cylinder width, central cylinder thickness, endodermis cell number, endodermis width and endodermis thickness of eight populations depending on habitat zones. However, only resin canal diameter, endodermis width and endodermis thickness differ significantly in examined populations depending on altitudinal gradients. Cluster analysis showed the greatest similarities between the Bolu-Aladağ and Ardahan-Yalnızçam populations, and the most distinguishable population was the Giresun-Espiye population based on the anatomical characteristics of the needles.
