The sample in this study amounted to 80 consumers who had made purchases at the Kediri maskumambang printing house. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. This research uses quantitative methods which are then processed using SPSS. The results showed that price affects consumer satisfaction, location does not affect consumer satisfaction, service quality affects consumer satisfaction, product quality affects consumer satisfaction. When employees in a company do not perform well and competently, it results in the company's operations not being as effective or efficient as possible. One of them is related to Work Ethics, Work Discipline and Employee Performance.
 The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work ethic, work discipline and employee performance at Ud. Madyo Lancar. The sample for this research consisted of 35 employees, with a sampling technique using saturated samples. This research uses a quantitative approach method, then the data obtained is processed using SPSS 25.
 The research results show that work ethic does not have a significant effect on employee performance variables, with a t test value of 0.543 and a significance value of 0.951 > 0.05. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance variables as shown by the t test value of 30.327 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05.

This research uses descriptive research with quantitative methods with a sampling technique, namely non-probability sampling with an accidental sampling method with a population of 110 Rahma Craft consumers and a sample of 86 consumers.
 The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test (partial), F test (simultaneous), and determinant coefficient (R2) which were processed using the SPSS version 26 program. The results of this research were obtained The conclusion is that price has a partial positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, with a significant t value of 0.001 < 0.05. Place has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, with a significant t value of 0.005 < 0.05. Direct marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, with a significant t value of 0.001 < 0.05. Data sources were obtained by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. This research data measurement uses a Likert scale. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS IBM 26 application. The results of this research show that the work discipline variable has a significant effect on employee performance. Work environment variables are significant on employee performance. The work motivation variable does not have a significant effect on employee performance. The research sample consisted of 11 financial reports starting from 2011-2021. The type of data is quantitative, while the data source is secondary. Documentation data collection method, which is obtained by downloading financial reports via www.idx.co.id/id. Quantitative descriptive data analysis method with statistical analysis tools. Analysis includes classic assumption tests, multiple liner analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, t test and f test. The results of the research state that the Times Interest Earned Ratio variable has an influence on Return on Assets (ROA), the Total Asset Turnover variable has no influence on Return on Assets (ROA), the Times Interest Earned Ratio and Total Asset Turnover simultaneously have a significant effect on Return on Assets in PT. Mayora Indah Tbk. The ability of the independent variable to explain changes in the dependent variable is shown by an Adjusted Square value of 53.1%.
