The population in this study was office and operational employees at the Shopee Express Kediri Office, totaling 35 people. The sample in this research was obtained using a saturated sampling technique with a sample size of 35 respondents. Data sources were obtained by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. This research data measurement uses a Likert scale. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS IBM 26 application. The results of this research show that the work discipline variable has a significant effect on employee performance. Work environment variables are significant on employee performance. The work motivation variable does not have a significant effect on employee performance. 摘要
本研究旨在确定工作纪律、工作环境、工作动机对Shopee Express Kediri办公室员工绩效的部分和同时影响。这项研究的对象是Shopee Express Kediri办公室的办公室和运营员工,总共35人。本研究中的样本是使用饱和抽样技术获得的,样本量为35名受访者。数据来源是通过观察、访谈、问卷调查和文献资料获得的。本研究数据测量使用李克特量表。分析技术采用SPSS IBM 26应用程序进行多元线性回归分析。本研究结果表明,工作纪律变量对员工绩效有显著影响。工作环境变量对员工绩效影响显著。工作动机变量对员工绩效的影响不显著。工作纪律、工作环境和工作动机三个变量同时对员工绩效有显著影响。
