Different organizations have adopted new working ways like working from home and teleworking. The research is conducted to examine hurdles created by the global coronavirus pandemic on hotel employees’ This paper reports the exploration and examines the fear of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) on workers of restaurants about their families, career issues, behavioural changes, job insecurities, career optimism issues among working restaurant employees related to their mental health between those who are individuals employed in the prior time of covid 19 among the restaurant sectors in Hyderabad, Sindh. The findings have been gathered after analyzing qualitative data obtained through in-depth interviews and observations from the respondents. The respondents were affiliated with the hospitality industry and mostly served as waiters in restaurants. The gathered responses revealed that Covid-19 lockdown measures in the city of Hyderabad disproportionately affected the employees of restaurants on many levels. Among financial constraints, health and social vulnerabilities impacted their day-to-day life. The further burden was loaded upon them by job insecurity, temporary unemployment, career switches, and work-life imbalances. The questionnaire developed to address the objectives of this research was mainly categorized into three themes. The three themes are career hurdles, economic challenges, and psychological and behavioral change. This paper examines the status of suicide in the world and factors influencing youth of Kashmir to commit suicide. The study was carried out in Kashmir region in the year 2023 to trace the various socio-economic, political and cultural factors which are responsible for high suicide rates within the Kashmir valley. The results of present study revealed that social implications like unemployment, social isolation, family issues, failures in examination, relationship failures, increase in cultural change due to modernization are some of the notable contributors to the growing menace of suicide in Kashmir. Moreover, widespread socio-economic and cultural changes are highly stressful. This paper also aims to focus on the biological and neurological factors of people committing suicide. The study recognizes the hopelessness and helplessness associated with persistent insecurity, statelessness and poverty is triggering the mental wellbeing of the citizens of the valley and resulting in suicides. The research specifically examined the effect of ethical, philanthropic, legal and economic responsibilities on competitive advantage in Nigerian telecommunication industry. A survey research design was adopted. The population of the study included of 1326 staff of MTN Nigeria and 250 staff were purposively sampled. The study utilized questionnaire as the instrument of data collection and data collected from participants were analysed using descriptive statistics and regression analysis with the aid of the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS 23). The study found that ethical responsibility has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. The study also found a positive and significant effect of philanthropic responsibility on competitive advantage. There is a positive and significant effect of legal and economic responsibilities on competitive advantage in Nigerian telecommunication industry. The study concludes that corporate social responsibility practices considerably sustain competiveness in Nigerian telecommunication industry. Samuel Beckett, an Irish author, also produces plays and poems. James Joyce's writing had an impact on this modernist author. Samuel Beckett's earliest and most wellknown play, Waiting for Godot, is regarded as his greatest achievement. The play's original French version was eventually translated by Samuel Beckett into English. The play is a reaction to the ruthless expansion of capitalism, rabid individualism and the resulting loss of community life, the widespread destruction of the World War, the loss of human insight, and the predicament of the average person following the horrible some world war. The play also examines the dramatic literary changes brought on by post-world war effects, the uncertainty surrounding the existence of God, and the predicament faced by the average person in the wake of the brutal conflict. A noteworthy work of English literature from the twentieth century, the play, subtitled \"A Tragicomedy in Two Acts,\" is a prime example of the threat of the ridiculous. The inclusion of women in central policies is indispensable for any country's development. India, with its vast economic and socio-cultural diversity, also faces socio-cultural inequality. Street vendors, who provide essential goods and services at affordable prices, are a marginalized and neglected group in our society. Despite their significant contribution, they remain impoverished and excluded from the mainstream. The COVID- 19 pandemic aggravated the existing social inequalities, particularly for street vendors. Lockdowns and lack of economic opportunities led to forceful migration and economic struggles for these vendors, especially women. In this background, this study focuses on two research questions: the socio-economic and legal status of women street vendors during the pandemic and an assessment of legal enactments for their protection. The study utilizes secondary sources and follows a descriptive approach. The main argument of the paper is that addressing gendered development is crucial for the progress of India. COVID- 19 Pandemic has exacerbated the challenges faced by women street vendors, emphasizing the necessity of comprehensive measures to ensure their socio economic wellbeing and legal protection. Due to its tremendous tourism potential, India's Jammu and Kashmir area is one of the most well-known travel destinations. Five border districts—Poonch, Rajouri, Baramulla, Bandipora, and Kupwara—share Indian international boundaries with Pakistan, Afghanistan, and China at the moment, out of the 20 districts that make up Jammu and Kashmir. Border towns in Jammu and Kashmir are well-known for their numerous historical sites, mountain peaks, scenic beauty, wildlife, local cultures, religious sites, etc. The Poonch district has excellent potential to draw both domestic and foreign tourists. The purpose of this study was to identify the key tourist destinations in the area and to investigate the potential of tourism for employment opportunities, financial gains, and the eradication of poverty. Finally, recommendations are made for enhancing and using these tourist attractions. Despite having strong tourism potential, it was discovered that border regions of Jammu and Kashmir are generally economically underdeveloped. Thus, Sri Lanka is a pearl of the Indian Ocean that excels in the field of tourism. Sri Lanka is an island nation surrounded by the sea, blended with natural forest ecosystems and rich bio-diversity. Nuwara Eliya is one of the most important tourist destinations in Sri Lanka, located amidst the central hill mass of the island. The research titled “The Contribution of Physical Factors and Cultural Reinforcement Activities in the Tourism Industry of Nuwara Eliya” is fully focused on the contribution of physical properties and cultural strengthening activities in the tourism industry of Nuwara Eliya. The objectives of the study are to identify the importance of physical factors in the tourism industry in Nuwara-Eliya and to present the cultural and reinforcement measures to be taken to promote tourism in the study area. Quantitative and qualitative data for the study area have been systematically obtained and the data were analyzed comprehensively using the compilation and inference methods. Secondary data were obtained from previous research, published articles, unpublished books and satellite images. Spatial and attribute data were analyzed using Arc GIS 10.3 and MS-Excel 2016 software, in order to find out the physical properties that contribute Nuwara Eliya tourism industry.
