The main aim is to provide a comprehensive perspective on these two key strategies in the contemporary technological landscape. What sets this article apart is its attempt to synthesise existing research on innovation and AI, while offering new perspectives and analyses on their mutual relationship. The results of this study highlight the deep interconnection between innovation and AI, demonstrating how these two concepts feed off each other to catalyse technological advances. The article also highlights the ethical, social and economic challenges associated with the increasing integration of AI into innovation processes. AI has significantly impacted education, with both positive and negative implications. While it has gained widespread popularity, it has also raised concerns about bias, misinformation, misuse, and risk, emphasising the need for the responsible implementation and development of generative AI in education. There have been discussions about whether it should be prohibited or whether teachers and students should receive adequate training to use it effectively and ethically. The purpose of AI in education should be to embrace the opportunities it presents while maintaining high academic standards. Renowned universities have developed guidelines and manuals for the responsible use of generative AI tools. This study examines the impact of generative AI on education, analysing its advantages and disadvantages in schools, its outcomes, and how teachers and students can use it for educational purposes. The study also emphasizes the effective use of AI in education, employing qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate its usage. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with primary and secondary data sources. The research population was all officials in Cendi Manik Village, Sekotong District, West Lombok, namely 196 village officials. Determination of samples using purposive sampling so that 100 village official informants were obtained. The research instrument used a questionnaire distributed using Google Form. Data analysis method using path analysis and with SmartPLS 4.0 as a processing tool. The results of this study indicate that the use of technology does not have a significant positive effect on performance. Knowledge Sharing significant positive effect on device performance. The use of technology has a significant positive effect on Leadership Transformation Knowledge Sharing significant positive effect on Leadership Transformation. Leadership Transformation does not have a significant positive effect on the Performance of Village Officials. Leadership Transformation is not able to mediate the relationship between the Use of Technology and the Performance of Village Officials, and Leadership Transformation is not able to mediate the relationship. This research is motivated by the existence of an independent learning curriculum and requires teachers to apply strategies or methods that are in accordance with the independent learning curriculum. This type of research is Classroom Action Research. Data collection using test instruments. The results of this research are based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the application of differentiated learning with the Scaffolding strategy in learning Arabic at MTsN 1 Bengkalis can success summative assessments students. Sampling in this study was conducted in stages. The first stage was purposive sampling of four sub-districts, the second stage was snow ball sampling of 40 farmers and traders and six government officials using an interview approach. The number of key informants depends on the saturation of information obtained. The software used in this research is Ventana Simulation (Vensim) PLE. The results showed that the actual behavior of calf production and income from beef cattle farmers tended to decrease, each by 20.61% and 3.73% per year, respectively. A simple random sampling technique was used to include 56 respondents. Through non-experimental quantitative descriptive-correlational research technique, validated questionnaire, Mean, Pearson-Product Moment Correlation Coefficient (Pearson-r) and Simple Linear Regression; results showed that the level of parental motivation was high or oftentimes manifested. It was also found that the level of achievement was high or very satisfactory. There was a significant relationship between parental motivation and achievement. This implies that when parents show motivation towards their children’s education, the students tend to perform better academically. Accordingly, parental motivation significantly influences student’s achievement. It was recommended that future researchers broaden their scope beyond parental motivation and consider other influential factors on student achievement, such as peer influence, teaching quality, and personal motivation. Its conceptualization and utilization for divergent purposes however creates an enigma that fundamentally hampers its application. This paper creates a discourse around the context and content of justice by utilizing Rainer Forst's Context of Justice as a framework in interrogating the debates between the Liberal and Communitarian propositions of the self and community respectively. So this research aims to determine the moderating influence of the use of technology in encouraging performance between social capital and the work environment on teacher performance. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with primary and secondary data sources. The research population was all teachers in high schools in Sekotong sub-district, West Lombok, namely 91 teachers. Determination of samples using purposive sampling so that 91 teacher informants were obtained. The research instrument used a questionnaire distributed using Google Form. Data analysis method using path analysis and with SmartPLS 4.0 as a processing tool. The results of this research are that social capital is proven to have no significant effect on teacher performance, meaning that a wide and dense network of relationships does not have an effect on increasing teacher performance for high school/vocational school level teachers in Cendi Manik Village, Sekotong District, West Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. Meanwhile, the work environment has been proven to have a significant positive effect on teacher performance. This means that the better the work environment, the better the teacher performance will be at the High School teachers in Cendi Manik Village, Sekotong District, West Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. Then technology is not proven to moderate social capital and the work environment on teacher performance. Effective management of health tourism and plastic surgery is crucial to maintain long-term growth and the safety of patients. The global health tourism and plastic surgery sectors have experienced significant growth. Turkey has become a prominent participant in this aspect.
