The migration of Digital TV aims to provide a new landscape and opportunities to maximize technology, thus helping achieve the next level of benefits through entertainment, livelihood, news, connectivity, and new business models. However, the technology adoption of each stakeholder is crucial in ensuring implementation success. This paper is a survey of the processes, action plans, and governance that each country that implemented ISDB-T standards went through as they achieved the different milestones in their goal to turn off analog TV and roll out digital terrestrial television broadcasting. The integration of AI through the Agent-Based Model aims to bridge possible technology gaps, policy alignments, changes in business model, and support needed for a successful migration which results in the theoretical framework. The proposed Technology Adoption Model can be implemented for the ongoing Philippine digitization","PeriodicalId":492266,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Advanced Research in Technology and Innovation","volume":"48 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135039733","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Historical price data from 2018 until 2022 of red chilli in Johor, Malaysia, were collected and analyzed using the seasonal regression model and the quadratic trend model with seasonal indices. The forecasting accuracy and predictive performance of each model were evaluated and compared. The results indicated that the seasonal regression model outperforms the quadratic trend model with seasonal indices in predicting the price of red chilli. This study contributes to the field of agricultural forecasting by comparing different models for price prediction and highlighting the importance of considering multiple crops in the analysis. The findings of this study have practical implications for policymakers, stakeholders, and researchers involved in agricultural planning and food security. The identified seasonal regression model can serve as a valuable tool for predicting the price of red chilli, enabling more informed decision-making in crop production and market interventions.","PeriodicalId":492266,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Advanced Research in Technology and Innovation","volume":"97 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135346684","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The algorithm is initialized by chaos, dynamic clustering, elite leadership and random mutation strategies to improve the KH algorithm and introduce the optimal clustering number adaptive mechanism, which enhances the comprehensive optimization ability of the algorithm. Six benchmark functions test the improved KH algorithm. The effectiveness of the k-means algorithm based on the improved KH algorithm was tested and verified with UCI machine learning and artificial datasets. The verification results showed that the improved KH algorithm improved based on ensuring a faster convergence speed. Compared with other algorithms, the performance of this algorithm has been significantly improved in all aspects.","PeriodicalId":492266,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Advanced Research in Technology and Innovation","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135346674","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This work acknowledges the critical importance of burn-in procedures, quality control measures, and preventive maintenance policies in any organization. The burn-in phase serves as a fundamental step in recognizing faulty products by subjecting them to a predetermined testing period. Post the burn-in phase, a quality control system is employed, leading to the exclusion of sub-standard products. Concurrently, we establish a preventive maintenance strategy that aims at enhancing the product's performance over its lifespan. For the identification of the best choices concerning burn-in, quality control, and preventive maintenance, a cost-efficiency optimization model is formulated. The developed model is then used to assess the value of these policies, comparing original and optimal measurements using an optimization algorithm, all demonstrated through a practical case study.","PeriodicalId":492266,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Advanced Research in Technology and Innovation","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135346680","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
