Good. After reviewing the decision, it was decided that PT Gemilang Lestari Intisawit had an obligation to notify the KPPU regarding the takeover as a subsidiary. However, even though this transaction increases the asset value and sales value of the parent company, there is a disparity between activities that are detrimental to other business actors and the fine imposed is only 1 billion rupiah. The International Criminal Court (ICC), based on the 1998 Rome Statute, has jurisdiction over crimes of genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes and crimes of aggression. This research analyzes the role of the ICC in dealing with Israeli war crimes against Palestinian civilians. The ICC, as a permanent international tribunal, can try perpetrators of war crimes regardless of their official capacity in their country of origin. The ICC has the potential to provide justice for Palestinian victims of war crimes, although the challenge is to exercise jurisdiction over non-party states and ensure its decisions comply with international expectations for justice and peace","PeriodicalId":492173,"journal":{"name":"Formosa Journal of Sustainable Research","volume":"72 3","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141022238","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is made possible by the spatial dialectics and social reproduction that take place accompanying the development of a space along with the meaning of it which is always changing and dynamic. This paper examines spatial identity in naming social groups and geographical areas in Sulawesi using place identity theory, social identity theory, and identity process theory. This type of research is a literature review with a sociology of space approach that uses data and analysis descriptively from a number of relevant literature. The results showed that some social group names in Sulawesi are a representation of the geographical structure of a space, so that when mentioning the name of the group or its residential center, it will reflect its spatial identity. This fact is sociologically a spatial awareness that has been created in the long history of Sulawesi as well as can be categorized as local community intelligence","PeriodicalId":492173,"journal":{"name":"Formosa Journal of Sustainable Research","volume":"64 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140751688","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Since entering the New Normal Era, people as buyers must also avoid and make transactions using cash and make more use of digital payments, one of which is through digital wallet platforms. The aim of this research is to explore the antecedent factors that influence the intensity of digital wallet use and also to look at the moderating role of customer trust. This research was conducted on 194 respondents who are digital wallet users. This research uses quantitative methods using covariance based structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis tools. The research sample was Gopay/OVO/Dana digital wallet users aged 17 to 45 years and had used digital wallets for at least 6 months. Several variables in this research were confirmed to be antecedent factors for the intensity of digital wallet use, where attitude was proven to have a positive influence on intention to use and of all the factors that influence attitude, perceived usefulness is the most dominant. Some of the recommendations from this study are to continue to increase the benefits that digital wallet users can experience so that they will improve attitudes to increase the intensity of payments using digital wallets","PeriodicalId":492173,"journal":{"name":"Formosa Journal of Sustainable Research","volume":"22 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140415890","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This article uses historical methods, namely heuristics, criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The research results show that the emergence of the New Order government cannot be separated from the support of military groups and Islamic political forces. The Islamic group's support for the New Order government was related to this group's desire to be involved in implementing state policies, especially in the field of government politics.
