Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif eksporatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh tumbuhan spermatophyta yang berhabitus pohon yang berjumlah 1.931 spesies atau pohon. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tumbuhan spermatophyta yang berhabitus pohon. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode jelajah . Selanjutnya data dianalisis menggunakan buku cetak. Temuan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di desa bulili terdapat 1.491 spesies tumbuhan dengan 32 spesies yang tergabung kedalam 21 famili. Famili-famili tersebut adalah Fabaceae, Maraceae, Oxalidaceae, Bombacaceae, Lauraceae, Arecaceae, Fabaceause, Lamiaceae, Euphorbiaceae, Anacardiaceae, Sapindaceae, Myrtaceae, Combretaceae, Malvaceae, Gnetaceae, Sapotaceae, Caricaceae, Clusiaceae, Meliaceae, Rubiaceae, Ebenaceae yang layak digunakan sebagai sumber belajar mahasiswa FKIP Biologi Unsimar Poso. This study aims to determine the types of seed plants (spermatophytes) in Bulili Village as a learning resource for FKIP Biology Unsimar students. This study uses an exportative quantitative method. The population in this study were all spermatophyta plants with a tree habit, totaling 1,931 species or trees. The samples used in this study were spermatophyta plants with a tree habit. The sampling technique was carried out using the roaming method. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using printed books. The findings from the research showed that in Bulili village there were 1,491 plant species with 32 species belonging to 21 families. Luas 11 hektar merupakan Desa Tutuwoto Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara terletak di sana (KPH Gorut, 2010). Desa Tutuwoto, Kecamatan Anggrek, Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara: Kawasan Mangrove dijadikan sebagai lokasi penelitian ini. Periode tiga bulan dari bulan April hingga Juni 2018 saat penelitian ini dilakukan.Sampel Krustacea dikumpulkan dengan alat tangkap sederhana berupa Jaring, Jala, dan seser. Kelimpahan jenis dihitung menggunakan rumus Odum, (1996), Perhitungan keanekaragaman menggunakan rumus (Sannon-wienner). Komposisi Crustacea berjumlah 110 individu, yang terdiri dari 7 Spesies diantaranaya, Scylla serrata sebanyak 15 Individu, Scylla olivacea 14 Individu, Scylla tranquebarica 13 Individu, Carcinus maenas 14 Individu, Metapenaeus elegans 19 Individu, Penaeus latisulcatus , 20 Individu dan Metapenaeus affinis sebanyak 15 Individu.Berdasarkan standar ODUM, nilai keanekaragaman krustasea di lokasi penelitian berkisar antara 1,10 hingga 1,39. Pada tahun 1993, krustasea di lokasi penelitian tergolong dalam kategori sedang karena nilai 1H' adalah 3. Dengan nilai 37,04%, Penaeus latisulcatus mempunyai kelimpahan terbesar, dan 26,79% famili Portunidae mendominasi Scylla serrata. jenis. Crustacea banyak berada pada kategori kelimpahan untuk semua jenis menurut kriteria Michael (1995) karena nilai K lebih dari 20. Semua lokasi umumnya memiliki kondisi lingkungan yang menguntungkan bagi kehidupan krustasea dan bakau. The implementation of limited offline learning is expected to improve the quality of learning for teachers and students in the situation of the pandemic virus Covid-19. This research aims to determine (i) teachers' perceptions of offline learning are limited to biology subjects at SMA Negeri 9 Pulau Taliabu, (ii) teachers' perceptions of offline learning are limited to biology subjects at SMA Negeri 9 Pulau Taliabu. This research used qualitative descriptive research. The population in this study were biology teachers and students which consist of 72 of 1 biology teacher and 71 students. The number of samples was 1 biology teacher and 61 students. The data collection technique used in this research were interviewing that was done to the teacher and giving questionnaires to the students. The data were analyzed using a qualitative descriptive method. The results showed that (i) there were many obstacles faced by teachers which affected in the limited offline learning process that becomes not running effectively, therefore, teachers needed support from all parties in order to make the process of conducting limited offline learning could be carried out properly. (ii) The students' perception of the limited offline learning process to the biology subject were very good. Karena penelitian ini bersifat eksperimental yang menggunakan uji LSD untuk melakukan uji organoleptik kepada panelis, maka metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan hanya satu unsur digunakan untuk menganalisis data penelitian. Berdasarkan skala penilaian karakteristik menunjukkan bahwa sampel dengan campuran seledri memiliki rasa yang paling disenangi berdasarkan penilaian responden. Untuk tekstur, responden lebih menyukai nugget dengan campuran wartel dibandingkan dengan nugget original dan campuran seledri. Dari segi warna, nugget dengan campuran seledri paling disenangi oleh responden. Pada Aroma, berdasarkan penilaian responden, campuran wortel memiliki aroma yang disukai responden. Sampel dengan campuran seledri memiliki rasa yang paling disenangi berdasarkan penilaian responden. Untuk tekstur, responden lebih menyukai nugget dengan campuran wartel dibandingkan dengan nugget original dan campuran seledri. The research was conducted on the coast of Pakowa Bunta Village, Nuhon District, Banggai Regency in Bulan July – August 2020. The population in this study were all mangrove plants obtained when conducting research using roaming techniques and is considered to be representative of the population based on their species to be indentified. The method or technique in collecting data used is the roaming technique, which means that the researcher explores the research location. The results of the research data in the form of samples obtained on the coast of Pakowa Bunta Village in the form of mangrove plant species and field notes in the from of mangrove morphological forms, pictures, identification will be carried out based on the literarure that book used and described. Based on the results of data collection obtained by using the roaming method throughout the reseacrch location, identifying samples with litelature or references in the form of a book of determination. Researchers obtained 7 types of mangroves in the research location, namely : Senorita alba, Rhizophora apiculata, Avicennia alba, Bruguiera sexangula, Ceriops decandra, and Nypa fruticans. The 6 types of mangrove plants can be classified into 4 families, namely Sonneratiaceae, Avicenniaceae, Arecaceae and Rhizophoraceae. The six types of mangroves except for Nypa fruticans are the main components (True Mangrove) while Nypa fruticans are additional components (Mangrove Associations and acer). In addition, cocoa is one of the main pillars of the plantation area which plays an important role in the community's economy. Meanwhile, insects are part of biodiversity with the ultimate goal of increasing cocoa productivity. Insects are organisms that harm plants, especially cocoa. The purpose of this research is to determine the types of insects found in the Cocoa Plantation of Kawalo Village, West Taliabu District, Taliabu Island Regency. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. This research was conducted in June-July 2022 By using a purposive sampling method or deliberately determining as many as 9 points with an area of 1 Ha with the sampling technique using the Yellow trap method. Based on the results of research from 9 traps conducted in Kawalo Village, Taliabu Barat District, Taliabu Island Regency, it found that 49 individuals from 11 insect species, including Amata aperta, Bactrocera dorsalis, Colletidae, Euagoras plagiatus, Herpetogramma licarsisalis, Megachile plut, Nisotra bicolorata, Oechopila smaragdina, Riptortus linearis, Sphaeroderma testaceum, Telostylinus lineolatus. Insect Diversity Index found results using the Shannon-Wienner Index, namely the variety of H' (1.78611) in the medium category. It's because the location of the Kawalo Village Cocoa Plantation is visited by the community almost every day, and those who visit the cocoa plantation often do pruning of the cocoa tree which causes disturbance to insect activity. On environmental factors obtained in the morning taken at 08.00 WITA with temperature (29.2), humidity (60%) in the afternoon taken at 17.00 WITA with temperature (30.00), humidity (61%). Processing of nutmeg syrup is a good breakthrough in the diversification of foodstuffs. The purpose of this study was to examine public perceptions through organoleptic tests of Nutmeg Syrup owned by a business from the Faculty of Agriculture in Luwuk District, Banggai Regency. To determine public acceptance from the aspects of taste, texture, aroma, color, price and packaging. The research was conducted in Luwuk District, Banggai Regency in July - August 2022. The research area was determined based on the criteria that the sub-district contained businesses owned by the Faculty of Agriculture. Random sampling data collection method, by conducting direct interviews with respondents, namely as many as 60 respondents who were divided based on age from 15 years to 25 years totaling 30 people and from 26 to 50 years old totaling 30 people. The results of the study were respondents' perceptions of the introduction of nutmeg syrup products in Luwuk sub-district, Banggai Regency, out of a total of 60 respondents, all with a percentage of 100% stated that they had never heard of and consumed nutmeg syrup before and respondents' perceptions of pore nutmeg syrup products were tested using 6 indicators, namely texture , color, taste, aroma, price and packaging have positive feedback or received. The purpose of this study was to find out how much carbon absorption and storage capacity was carried out by mangrove plants in Munte Village. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive analysis. This research will be carried out in August 2021 on the coast of Munte Village. The data obtained were analyzed using density calculation analysis (Density), Calculation of Aboveground Biomass Value (Stems), Calculation of Belowground Biomass Value (Roots), Calculation of Total Biomass Value, Calculation of Carbon Content, and Calculation of carbon dioxide absorption. on transect 1 the biomass was 11280.58% for the species Sonneratia alba and the smallest was 3.82cm with a biomass of 7.27% for the species Avicennia officinalis. So that a total carbon biomass of 14572.23% was obtained, and a total carbon content of 7286.12% and a carbon absorption of 26740.04% were obtained. In transect 2, the biomass was 6309.51% for Avicennia officinalis and the smallest was 3.18 cm with a biomass of 4.77% for Avicennia officinalis. In order to obtain a total carbon biomass of 9106.35% and a total carbon content of 4553.17% and a carbon absorption of 16710.15%.
