 Pengangguran menjadi salah satu masalah yang berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat dan perekonomian Indonesia. Salah satunya permasalahan ketenagakerjaan ialah ketidakseimbangan antara permintaan tenaga kerja dan penawaran tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh realisasi Belanja Daerah dan Upah Minimum terhadap tingkat pengangguran di provinsi Lampung dalam perspektif ekonomi islam secara parsial dan keseluruhan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan data Times series dan diolah menggunakan program Eviews 10. Hasil penelitian ini secara keseluruhan (uji F) Belanja Daerah dan Upah Minimum berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat pengangguran di Provinsi Lampung. Secara parsial (uji T) variabel Belanja Daerah berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat pengangguran, variabel Upah Minimuum berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap tingkat pengangguran di Provinsi Lampung, Dalam penelitian ini jika ditinjau menurut perspektif ekonomi islam, Tujuan ekonomi Islam adalah untuk mencapai falah yang direalisasikan melalui optimalisasi maslahat bagi seluruh masyarakat melalui realisasi Belanja Daerah dan Upah Minimum yang ada di provinsi Lampung sesuai perintah Allah SWT.

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Hotel Prama Sanur Beach yang menyandang predikat sebagai salah satu hotel bintang 5 di Bali. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh tamu yang pernah menginap yang terdaftar pada tahun 2019-2021 sebanyak 285.933 orang. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penentuan besar sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan jumlah sampel 100 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Brand Awareness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 0,632 terhadap Electronic Word of Mouth. Electronic Word of Mouth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 0,434 terhadap keputusan menginap. Brand Awareness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 0,487 terhadap keputusan menginap.  Ethics is part of humans and also an important part in the marketing of Islamic banking. This paper examines marketing ethics in Islamic banking with a literature study. The aim is to provide a global explanation of the marketing ethics of Islamic banks. This study uses a type of qualitative research method with a reference-based approach that focuses on text reviews and literature reviews. The results of this study indicate that Islamic banking has many marketing ethics. Such as promoting products with soft words, marketing that is done well, professionalism, integrity, transparency, placing customers as partners, and emulating the Prophet Muhammad in all life activities.

For this reason, this research was conducted to explore the role of Avoskin's Instagram Shopping feature in the purchasing decisions of young female consumers in the city of Surabaya. The research method was carried out qualitatively, involving 10 high school students as research participants. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and content analysis on Avoskin's Instagram account.
 The results of the study show that Avoskin's Instagram Shopping feature plays a role in purchasing decisions because it provides an informative display, is easily accessible and minimally distracted, so that consumers can easily find out product and price information. The type of data used is panel data with simple linear regression analysis. The results in this study indicate that the contribution of the Tourism Sector has a positive but insignificant effect on Economic Growth in the North-North Cooperation Region. This study uses quantitative methods with primary data used in the form of questionnaires distributed to respondents and the results are analyzed using SPSS Version 23 as a test tool. The population in this study were students majoring in accounting, class 2018. The research sample amounted to 88 students, with the sample method used, namely the purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that all independent variables, namely motivation, self efficacy, learning effectiveness of taxation courses and labor market considerations had a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely the interest of accounting students to have a career as tax accountants.
