Everyone knows that you need to maintain your health and good physical shape. But few people know that you can exercise together with your dog. Skijoring appeared in Norway at the end of the 18 th century. Initially, skiing with a dog was used as a way of transportation, as well as for training the leader of the dog team. The first competition took place in Alaska at the beginning of the 20 th century. Competitions have been held in Russia since the 1990s. But before that, this sport was developed in the USSR as a military-applied discipline and was called «towing a skier with a dog». Now, as in the USSR, it is developed in domestic dog breeding. The dog and the guide, as the dog trainer is called, must overcome a certain distance with boundaries for target shooting. In fact, this is a biathlon, but only with dogs. Currently,skidjoring is widespread in the world, World, European and Russian championships are held every year. The purpose of the study is to reveal a little-known, but very interesting and useful topic - playing sports with a dog. Methods and organization of research. Sports with a dog is an opportunity to spend free time with fun and, most importantly, with benefit and to improve the physical shape of not only a pet, but also a person.In skidjoring, as in skiing, athletes use skating and classic ski moves. They alternate depending on the segment of the route. Skating in contrast to the classic course requires a special rolled track. It was also noticed that the technique of skiing in skidjoring is noticeably different from the technique in skiing. In the skidjo ring, additional coordination is required from a person, since the body receives an additional load from the pulling dog. Conclusions. Skidjoring classes should begin with overcoming smooth straight segments and gradually increase the speed and complexity of the route. Thanks to skidjoring, not only a dog, but also a person will improve their endurance. Also, thanks to this sport, they will be able to improve their relationship with each other.","PeriodicalId":490941,"journal":{"name":"Scientific and educational basics in physical culture and sports","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135493953","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For several years now, the number of athletes in this sport has increased.The purpose of the study is to study the functional capabilities of athletes, which will not only reveal their potential and capabilities, but also identify specific needs that can be met with the help of appropriate training and rehabilitation. Methods and organization of research. Measurements of anthropometric parameters were carried out, conclusions were made on the indicators of pulse, blood pressure, oxygen saturation and heart rate variability. As part of a step-by-step study of the functional state of athletes in the preparatory period of a oneyear training cycle, the level of adaptation of athletes was assessed using cardiointervalometry. As a result of the research, it was concluded that according to the spectral analysis of heart rate variability, the initial state of the autonomic nervous system of the studied group of athletes with musculoskeletal system damage engaged in wheelchair basketball was characterized by simatonia at rest, high pulse, systolic and diastolic, as well as pulse pressure were recorded. It was found that the level of activation of the vasomotor center of regulation has the strongest reliable influence on changes in the pulse as an indicator of adaptive potential. Conclusions. It was revealed that the average values of CCC indicators in Paralympic basketball players differ significantly from those of ordinary athletes. In particular, Paralympic basketball players have high pulse rates, systolic and diastolic, as well as pulse pressure. While the frequency analysis indicators are within the low values.","PeriodicalId":490941,"journal":{"name":"Scientific and educational basics in physical culture and sports","volume":"30 3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135493950","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Fitness bracelets allow you to monitor daily activity by pulse, saturation, stress level, pressure, sleep quality and a number of other indicators. However, there is no consensus on how to use it effectively. The priority should be considered the use of a fitness bracelet for the growth of quality of life, career achievements, etc. Such physical activity is optimal, in which intellectual performance has the greatest significance. The purpose of the study is to determine the optimal scenario for using a fitness bracelet, as well as to compare the most popular models on the market. Methods and organization of research. As a device for measuring intellectual productivity, the most common computer games were used: tetris, chess, lines, etc., having a numerical indicator of success. The level of intellectual performance first increases with the amount of physical activity, but after a certain value it drops. This point is conventionally called the inflection point. First there was the mi smart band 7 fitness bracelet, and then HUAWEI Band 7. The big advantage was storing all the data on a separate application in a smart background. This made it possible to compare the level of intellectual activity with all the indicators of the smartphone. We saw inflection points on all the charts. Personal values were shown on the example of the two most widespread bracelets. It turned out that the recorded levels of the number of steps per day, the number of calories, stress levels, sleep quality and others also pass through the inflection point. However, the values of these points differ for different models. For a new model, it is necessary to do such a study anew. The optimization of the daily routine, the mode of activity for the indicators found led to a change in the level of the game of chess, when the number of games won tripled, which seems to be more than an impressive incentive to use a fitness bracelet. Conclusions. Fitness bracelets allow you to monitor daily activity by pulse, concentration, stress level, pressure, sleep quality and a number of other indicators. The level of accuracy of the indicators is continuously increasing. This allows you to use fitness bracelets to optimize users' lives.","PeriodicalId":490941,"journal":{"name":"Scientific and educational basics in physical culture and sports","volume":"37 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135493795","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The purpose of this work was to study scientific and methodological approaches to psychological training of hockey players of secondary school age. The paper considers the term of psycho-logical preparation and related mental reactions. Not only a psychologist takes part in the formation of the psychological state of an athlete, but also a coach, team, social environment, family, moreover, in the era of modern information technology, fans and just random people can also take an active part using the Internet, social networks, messengers. The purpose of the study is to analyze the methods of psychological training of hockey players of secondary school age. Middle school age is very important for the development of a teenager due to both socio-psychological and social factors. During this period, a teenager is in a situation where he is no longer a child, but has not yet become an adult. This is reflected in the level of development of his psyche, his perception by society, as well as physiological features. Methods and organization of research. The beginning of self-regulation training occurs through the inclusion of the first and second levels, otherwise called psychophysiological. At the initial stage, the basic preparatory exercises included in the stabilizing group are used. The transition to the psychological level of regulation is carried out through the inclusion of motives, emotions, goals in the process. Working with these components of personality allows you to make personality changes towards mental stability and stability. Conclusions. As a result, it was possible to consider training in the method of self-regulation, which contributes both to the activation of all processes and to relieving tension to ensure a full-fledged respiration. Psychological preparation allows athletes to cope with emotional states that negatively affect the effectiveness of the training and competitive process, for example, pre-start states.","PeriodicalId":490941,"journal":{"name":"Scientific and educational basics in physical culture and sports","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135493948","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
