The health service, as an intermediary for health workers, must of course have adequate facilities to provide services to the community. This research was conducted at the Sumbwa District Health Service, Wast Nusa Tenggara Province using qualitative methods. The aim of this research is to determine the quality of the health service office in running the public service system. The results of this research ore determined by indicator such as Tangibles (Direct evidence), Reliability (Reliability), Responsiveness (Responsiveness), Assurance (Guarantee), Empathy (Empathy)The results of this research including the direct evidence point, there are advantages and disadvantages, including clear service information signs, a comfortable waiting room, but it still has shortcomings such as a hole in the roof, untidy parking. Meanwhile, on the point of reliability, employees are reliable in providing services, then the ability to master electronic goods at work. The point of responsiveness is that employees carry out work according to procedurs, customer dont wait long. Guarantee point, the employees provide service politely, friendly and with a smile. Employees also provide detailed explanations regarding problems faced by customers. Lastly, empathy, some employees still differentiate between customers based on relatives or acquaintances. This research aims to determine the health level of PT BPR Prima Nadi for the 2023 financial year by analyzing its financial performance based on the CAEL method. Using descriptive research methods and case data collection methods, as well as analysis methods by calculating financial ratios related to the bank's financial performance, the results obtained are that PT BPR Prima Nadi is a BPR that has financial ratio indicators consisting of KPMM/CAR which amounted to 30.89%; KAP ratio of 10.61%; NPL ratio of 11.50%; BOPO ratio of 87.22%; ROA ratio of 1.58%; The cash ratio is 7.70% and the LDR ratio is 57.28%. Of these ratios, the KAP ratio is in the fairly healthy category and the NPL ratio is in the unhealthy category, while the other 5 ratios have exceeded the requirements. as a healthy bank. To prove the accuracy of the calculation of the design of the carrying capacity of foundation piles in the field, it is necessary to carry out a test. The Tsinghua Campus Project is a project located in the Serangan area using a bore pile foundation with a diameter of 80 cm where to determine the carrying capacity of the foundation pile used Static Loading Test (SLT) and Pile Driving Analyzer (PDA) test methods. The purpose of this study is to determine the choice from the results of the comparison of implementation methods with the time and cost required in the two test methods. The method used in this study is through observation that visits directly to the field to look for aspects that need to be discussed to compare the two testing methods. The results of the Static Loding Test require a fee of Rp. 257,990,000.00 for testing 1 point of foundation piles and a test duration of 7 days for 1 test point, while the Pile Driving Analyzer requires more complex and more advanced reality models so that the results can be used in motion analysis. The sample size of tile entrepreneurs studied using a census technique amounted to 42 entrepreneurs. Data analysis was conducted using the multiple linear regression method. Based on the results of SPSS calculations, it was found that capital, labor, and working hours partially have a significant positive effect on the income of the tile industry in Pejaten Village, Kediri District, Tabanan Regency, with the regression function Y = 79,132,221.694 + 56,721.048X1 + 36,182.962X2 + 13,685.501X3. From the estimation results of the model, the calculated F value is 49.254 and the sig F value is 0.000 with an F table value of 2.85. Since the calculated F value is greater than the F table value (49.254 > 2.85) and the sig F value (0.000 < 0.05), it means that the variables of capital, labor, and working hours simultaneously have a significant effect on the income of the tile industry in Pejaten Village, Kediri District, Tabanan Regency. R2 = 0.895 indicates that 89.5% of the variation in income (Y) can be explained by the variation in capital, labor, and working hours, while the remaining 10.5% is explained by other variables not mentioned in this research model. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded as follows: Capital, labor, and working hours have a significant positive effect partially on the income of the tile industry in Pejaten Village, Kediri District, Tabanan Regency. Respondents in this study were determined using a Census method, consisting of 63 ornamental plant entrepreneurs. The data used in this study are primary data. Data collection was conducted through interviews with respondents using structured questionnaires. Hypothesis testing was conducted using various analytical tools, including multiple linear regression analysis, T-test, F-test, preceded by classical assumption tests. The results of the t-test indicate that partially, capital, land area, and labor significantly and positively affect the income of ornamental plant entrepreneurs in Mengwi District, Badung Regency. The results of the F-test indicate that simultaneously, capital, land area, and labor significantly affect the income of ornamental plant entrepreneurs in Mengwi District, Badung Regency. The coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.847, indicating that the independent variables (capital, land area, and labor) collectively contribute 84.7 percent to the income of ornamental plant entrepreneurs in Mengwi District, Badung Regency. According to Article 19 of Law Number 42 of 1999 concerning Fiduciary Guarantees (Fiduciary Law), creditors can execute objects that become fiduciary collateral if the debtor providing the fiduciary guarantee defaults. However, the creditor's rights above are not in accordance with other regulations because execution cannot simply be carried out. To carry out execution, the creditor must submit an application to the District Court. It should be understood that the birth of this fiduciary guarantee is to streamline the economic system, namely to make it easier for people to obtain financing for the purchase of movable objects without having to place the objects purchased as collateral in a financing institution. The debtor can still use the movable object in the hope that it will be used to improve the debtor's economy. This reality in the field is also confirmed by the decision of the Constitutional Court (MK) Number 18/PUU-XVII/2019 which interprets Article 15 of the Fiduciary Law which essentially states that the execution of fiduciary guarantees must carry out a request for execution in the District Court. The aim of this research is to determine the law of voluntary execution of fiduciary guarantees in Indonesia and to determine the impact of the Constitutional Court (MK) decision Number 18/PUU-XVII/2019 on the protection of creditors holding fiduciary guarantees according to the theory of legal justice. This legal research method is normative legal research using a statutory regulation approach. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the form of victimization and victimogenic elements in the crime of pornography, the form of protection and the rights of victims in the crime of pornography, and the flow of victimology in accordance with the regulation of Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography. The research method used is normative juridical with statutory and conceptual approaches. The results of the research are: 1) The crime of pornography occurs either because of the victim himself (victimless crime) or other people and the form of victimization in the crime of pornography is making, using, spreading, broadcasting, exploiting, utilizing, downloading, letting, abusing power, listening, showing pornographic content either to yourself or to other parties.
