Garyaev","doi":"10.7242/2658-705x/2023.2.2","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.7242/2658-705x/2023.2.2","url":null,"abstract":"In the article, the role of the Soviet, Russian and European schools of lymphologists is assessed in development of the lymphotropic therapy as a method of medical correction of structures and functions of lymphatic system. The influence of lymphotropic therapy on pathogenesis of infectious, degenerative, allergic, and autoimmune diseases in the context of morphology and physiology of the lymphatic system is described. The paper provides data on the effectiveness of lymphotropic therapy, describes local and systemic effects of lymphotropic therapy. Lymphotropic therapy is considered as an alternative way to deliver modified drug compositions to the lesion site via vascular (lymphatic) and extravascular (interstitial) transport. An overview of the implementation of lymphotropic therapy in various areas of clinical practice is given. The main achievements of all agronomic and scientific activities of Professor V.N. Vargin are the organization of state agronomic service in Perm province, development of scientific and methodological base for research, programs and methods for field experiments on the cultivation of poor soddy-podzolic soils in the Urals, creating a network of experimental agricultural institutions in Perm province, promotion and implementation of perennial grasses, rational use of fertilizers, multifield crop rotations with red clover instead of extensive three-field farming systems, as well as many years of teaching at Perm University. Vladimir Vargin is the author of the textbook «Elementary Course of General Agriculture», which for a long time was a widespread manual in agricultural schools in Russia, and four monographs. The paper gives a retrospective analysis of the laboratory's work in the field of turbulent flow research with an emphasis on V.D. Zimin's original ideas, which determined the directions of the laboratory's work, developed up to the present day. This is explained by the fact that in regions with a «hard» political regime, the ruling party dominates the political space, while in «softer» regimes there is a certain degree of electoral competition. In this paper, based on the results of voting for party lists in the elections of the State Duma of the Russian Federation and regional parliaments for the period from 2007 to 2021, it is analyzed how stable the variability of the party and electoral landscape in the constituent entities is, and how the degree of dominance of the ruling party affects the volatility of regional party systems. The analysis shows that the greatest stability is demonstrated by the regions with a «hard» political regime, while the highest volatility of regional party systems is characteristic of the regions with the most «soft» regime. This is explained by the fact that in most constituent entities of the Russian Federation none of the parties of the systemic opposition is perceived as an obvious alternative to the party of power. As a result, «protest votes» are distributed either among all opposition parties, or go to one or the other party, and differently indifferent regions and in different elections. Shishkov","doi":"10.7242/2658-705x/2023.2.3","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.7242/2658-705x/2023.2.3","url":null,"abstract":"In a long-term stationary experiment in 1978, the content and qualitative composition of organic matter (Corg) in arable soddy-podzolic soil were studied with the application of various rates NPK, and also compared with virgin soil under mixed forest and grass-forb meadow. It was established that when mineral fertilizers were applied at a dose of 60 kg a.i./ha or more, dynamic balance is ensured in the soil. At the same time, the Corg content stabilized at a level close to the initial level and varied from 1,14 to 1,19%. The share of mobile organic matter in the total carbon of the studied soil was 21–24%, which is typical for soddy-podzolic soils. The distribution of carbon over soil layers is decreasing. The main reserves of organic carbon are concentrated in the 0-40 cm layer and account for 53–65% from stocks in the meter layer (77–101 t/ha). In virgin soil, Corg stockpile in the layer of 0–20 cm are 31–41 t/ha, in the meter layer – 71–82 t/ha. The studied humic acids (HA) in terms of the content of constitutional elements (C, H, N, O, S) correspond to the average values for the class of humic acids in soddy-podzolic soils. With an increase in the rates of mineral fertilizers (NPK), the processes of mineralization of fresh organic matter is more intense, and the proportion of aromatic structures also increases in humic acids composition. According to elemental analysis, the H:C ratio in humic acids of the N150P150K150 variant, was 1,25, and in virgin soil it was 1,43-1,56. Some regularities of the hard phase (pseudofiller) formation have been studied by SEM. Breaking strength, modulus and relative elongation have been determined. Mechanical properties and pseudofiller particle size have been found to be dependent both on low molecular alcohol content and synthesis technique.
