Pesticides are chemical or organic substances that farmers use to protect rice plants from pests , so farmers often have difficulty choosing pesticides that will be used to prevent rice pests. In fact, the large number of pesticide products on the market and their very different advantages make farmers confused in determining pesticide choices. The Harapan Jaya farmer group always provides counseling and training regarding the management of agricultural products, therefore the farmer group continues to maintain rice production to avoid pests and there is no shortage of rice plants at this time by using pesticide products on the market. Decision Support Systems (DSS) are systems that are able to provide problem solving abilities and communication abilities for problems with structured and unstructured conditions. The method in the decision support system is Multi Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA). The results obtained from this calculation method are Rodenticide with a value of 0.288 which is ranked first and the fifth rank is Insecticide with a value of 0.047. Gastric disease is inflammation of the stomach lining caused by microorganisms, this disease is caused more by Helycobacterpylori bacteria, apart from being caused by bacteria, stomach disease can also be caused by irregular lifestyle and eating patterns. Diseases that attack the stomach are still considered trivial by the general public, so not many people know about stomach diseases and the symptoms that exist. This is what causes people to be reluctant to see a doctor when they suffer from pain that attacks the stomach. When a disease attacks the stomach, people only use experience or intuition to cure it, so it is not treated properly. By using an expert system, patients can save time going to the hospital and can improve service to patients. The results of the Mamdani fuzzy logic calculations require a report on the possibility of stomach disease suffered by the user/patient, examples of possibilities are small, somewhat large and large based on the highest value results. Some people think that bones are passive, dead tissue, but they are not. Bones and skeleton are a very important part of orthopedics. Bones are not only a framework that strengthens the body but are also part of the structure of joints, as protection for the body, where the ends of muscles are attached. One of the diseases that is widely felt in society is bone disease. Bone disease is a condition that damages the skeleton and makes bones weak and susceptible to fractures. The high rate of diseases that attack the bones is caused by the conditions and behavior of society, such as stress, lack of exercise, wrong diet. Another cause is also ignorance and lack of knowledge about bone disease itself. By using an expert system, patients can save time going to the hospital, because the system replaces experts in their field, especially chiropractors. The method that will be used in this research is the Certainty Factor Method. The results obtained later are diagnostic results based on the symptoms entered and issued in the form of decisions and percentages. The diagnosis results identified Cervical Spondylosis (Nerve Pain) with a confidence level of 89.60%. It is hoped that this expert system will make it easier for patients to diagnose bone disease and carry out initial treatment in treating the disease.","PeriodicalId":489253,"journal":{"name":"UPI YPTK Journal of Computer Scine and Information Technology","volume":"45 9","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135809031","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Poverty has also caused people to be willing to sacrifice anything for their survival. To anticipate this problem, various policies have been adopted by the government to break the chain of poverty. One of them is providing assistance funds to poor families (PKH). This is felt directly by all levels of underprivileged society. One of the efforts of the Koto Ranah Tapan government to eradicate poverty that occurs in Koto Ranah Tapan is to follow the central government program, namely the launch of government financial assistance (PKH). These funds will be distributed to poor residents in Koto Ranah Tapan through the nagari guardian office in Koto Ranah Tapan. However, the distribution of aid funds to poor families is often not on target due to a large level of manual calculation error which makes the aid not on target and also the office of the nagari village of high cliff village has not been able to objectively determine the families who receive the aid. To help determine which families are worthy of receiving poor family assistance funds, a decision support system is needed. With this Decision Support System (DSS), it is hoped that the decision-making process can minimize the occurrence of wrong targets that often arise in the process of selecting poor families who wish to receive aid funds .
