This study was conducted at LQ 45 firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses secondary data for the period 2017-2021. The sample in this study was determined using purposive sampling so that 16 firms were obtained with a total of 80 LQ 45 Firm data. The method used is panel data analysis with the Eviews 12 application. The study results show that simultaneously, the ratio of corporate social responsibility, leverage, firm age, and firm size significantly influence the prediction of firm value. Furthermore, the corporate social responsibility ratio partially does not influence firm value. In contrast, the leverage ratio, firm age, and firm size negatively affect firm value. The variables of leverage, firm age, and firm size are very much a consideration for investors to choose a good firm or not; therefore, these variables significantly affect firm value.","PeriodicalId":488637,"journal":{"name":"Research of Economics and Business","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136280698","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The macroeconomic indicators studied were the consumer price index, BI 7 days reverse repo rate, foreign exchange reserves, Indo CDS 5 years, and the Government Budget Deficit from January 2009 to December 2019. This research uses the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) method because there is cointegration between variables, indicated by Trace Statistics and Max-Eigenvalue statistics, which are greater than Critical Value. The analysis results show that the Consumer Price Index (CPI) and the Government Budget Deficit positively influence the 10-year tenor government bond yield. In contrast, the 5-year Indo CDS, BI 7 days reverse repo rate, and Foreign Exchange Reserves negatively affect the 10-tenor government bond yield year. The policy implications for the yield of 10-year government bonds can be beneficial and useful for the government as the economic authority in issuing bonds, the regulator (Bank Indonesia), and helping investors to develop investment strategies in government bonds by continuously monitoring and predicting the direction of movement of these variables so that they can creating an optimal portfolio of government bonds.","PeriodicalId":488637,"journal":{"name":"Research of Economics and Business","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136341297","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The independent variables in this study are economic growth, inflation rate, wage rate, exchange rate, and export value. The data used is time series data from 2000 - 2016. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The study results show that wage and inflation rates significantly affect the foreign investment level from China to Indonesia. The variables of economic growth, exchange rates, and exports do not affect the level of foreign investment from China to Indonesia. The simultaneous test results significantly influence all the independent variables used in this study. The implication for foreign direct investment is that the government must increase foreign investment in Indonesia to increase economic growth by improving the investment climate in the country by providing several facilities to assist foreign investors so that investors feel safe investing their capital in Indonesia and with synergy with monetary policy in lowering interest rates to increase investor interest in investing.","PeriodicalId":488637,"journal":{"name":"Research of Economics and Business","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136337059","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study used a descriptive research design approach with empirical data collected through an online survey of a sample of respondents in Jabodetabek. Empirical data are then processed using the Structural Equation Modeling approach to test some hypotheses proposed. This research is an expansion model, namely by developing existing research by replacing products from previous journals and adding brand loyalty variables. The results of this study, Online Consumer Review, do not affect purchasing intentions on Avoskin skincare products. Meanwhile, Social Media Advertisement and Influencer Endorsement positively affect the intention to buy Avoskin Skincare products. This study investigates how intrinsic motivation influences altruism, civic virtue, affective commitment, and work engagement among Bakti Timah Medika nurses. A sample of 134 nurses was selected through accidental sampling. This research uses a quantitative approach to analyze Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal a significant positive correlation between intrinsic motivation and altruism, civic virtue, affective commitment, and work engagement. Notably, work engagement demonstrates the most substantial impact of intrinsic motivation. Furthermore, this study suggests a potential mediator role of work engagement between inherent motivation and altruism, civic virtue, and affective commitment. By shedding light on the influence of intrinsic motivation on essential work outcomes (altruism, civic virtue, affective commitment, and work engagement) within the health sector, this research contributes to enhancing nursing practices.","PeriodicalId":488637,"journal":{"name":"Research of Economics and Business","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136336449","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
