Additionally, the factors affecting the provision of quality education, the components of the quality of education, were studied. As a result of the research, it was found that educational services, including higher education services, are not only an economic, but also a social category. The European experience of quality assurance in higher education was also studied. As an example the experience of Finland was given. The activities of agrotourism and some related concepts of foreign and domestic scientists, reflecting the results of various studies, were presented, and the definition of authorship was developed. Based on the integration of the indicators of total potential determined by the regions of the Fergana region, integral indicators were identified that assess the possibility of developing agrotourism activities in 19 regions.
