To reduce the risk of loss due to the impact of flooding flood control efforts are needed that can be carried out properly if the flood discharge design of the repeat design can be known. This study aims to analyze changes in land use against runoff coefficient with flood discharge design period of time in Baubau watershed. The analysis used is the descriptive analysis regarding the spatial distribution pattern of land use and its effect on the runoff coefficient in 2019. Then to get the discharge plan for the return time analysis was carried out using the Nakayasu Empirical method or the Synthetic Unit Hydrograph (HSS) with rainfall data for 2010 to 2019 obtained from the BMKG Betoambari station in Baubau City. From the results of the analysis, it will be obtained the flood discharge plans for the return period of 5, 10, 20, 25, 50, and 100 years.Keywords: Baubau watershed, flood discharge, hydrograph ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Baubau Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara, lokasi difokuskan pada wilayah yang berbatasan langsung dengan Sungai Baubau yang memiliki panjang sungai 15.704 Km di DAS Baubau dengan luas wilayah 76.117 Km2. yang bermuara di pemukiman penduduk sebagai daerah yang sering terjadi banjir musiman. Untuk mengurangi resiko kerugian akibat dampak banjir diperlukan upaya pengendalian banjir yang dapat dilakukan dengan baik jika debit banjir desain desain ulang dapat diketahui. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perubahan penggunaan lahan terhadap koefisien limpasan dengan debit banjir periode rencana waktu di DAS Baubau. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif mengenai pola sebaran spasial penggunaan lahan dan pengaruhnya terhadap koefisien limpasan Tahun 2019. Kemudian untuk mendapatkan debit rencana waktu ulang dilakukan analisis dengan menggunakan metode Empiris Nakayasu atau Hidrograf Satuan Sintetis (Synthetic Unit Hydrograph). HSS) dengan data curah hujan tahun 2010 sampai dengan tahun 2019 diperoleh dari stasiun BMKG Betoambari Kota Baubau. This research is experimentally based in a laboratory, starting with the manufacture of starch extraction, the process of making bioplastics, the testing process, and data analysis. Other additives used are plasticizers, which include glycerol and sorbitol, as well as the addition of chitosan. There are 2 variations in this study. The first variation is bioplastic with glycerol, sorbitol, and a mixture of glycerol + sorbitol without the addition of chitosan (A1, B1, and C1), while the second variation is bioplastic with glycerol, sorbitol plasticizer, and a mixture of glycerol + sorbitol with the addition of chitosan (A2, B2, and C2). The results of the tensile strength test for bioplastics made from banana peel waste starch ranged from 1.9 to 21.17 Mpa, with the highest tensile strength value being sample B2 and the lowest tensile strength value being sample A1. The resulting elongation value ranges from 12.62 to 64.22%, with the highest elongation value being sample A1 and the lowest elongation value being sample B2. The value of the resulting absorption ranges from 43.4–120.2% with the highest absorption value being sample B1 and the lowest absorption value being A2. The results of the biodegradability test show that bioplastics without chitosan can decompose for 14–15 days, while bioplastics with chitosan can decompose within 19–20 days. Penelitian ini berbasis eksperimen di laboratorium, dimulai dengan pembuatan ekstraksi pati, proses pembuatan bioplastik, proses pengujian, dan analisis data. Aditif lain yang digunakan adalah plasticizer, yang meliputi gliserol dan sorbitol, serta penambahan kitosan. Ada 2 variasi dalam penelitian ini. Based on the evaluation of land damage criteria that have been carried out on topography, soil, and vegetation conditions, 75% of these parameters are still feasible to be used as forest and plantation areas. The existing condition of the ex-situ mining area based on the results of surveys and field mapping, there are remnants of cliffs as high as 9.5 m where the slope is almost perpendicular to the bottom of the excavation. The planned reclamation activities include land surface arrangement by adjusting the geometry of the slopes with a maximum cliff height of 3 m, a terrace width of 2.1 m, and a slope angle of 30o at the end of the mining. Plants planned for revegetation are sengon and ginger with a spacing of 2 m x 3 m and ginger spacing of 0.3 m x 0.6. The dimensions of the sengon planting space used are 0.4 m x 0.4 m x 0.4 m and for ginger plants 0.3 m x 0.3 m x 0.3 m. With mathematical calculations, it is planned that the number of seeds of sengon plants to be planted is 56 seeds and 9.833 seeds of ginger plants. Keywords: ex-situ, ginger, mining, plantation, sengon ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kerusakan lahan akibat kegiatan penambangan di Desa Trosono Kecamatan Parang Kabupaten Magetan, serta menentukan rencana reklamasi lahan bekas tambang yaitu dengan mengembalikan fungsi lahan bekas tambang. sesuai peruntukannya menurut Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Magetan Nomor 15 Tahun 2012 sebagai kawasan hutan produksi dan perkebunan. Berdasarkan evaluasi kriteria kerusakan lahan yang telah dilakukan terhadap kondisi topografi, tanah, dan vegetasi, 75% dari parameter tersebut masih layak untuk dijadikan kawasan hutan dan perkebunan. Kondisi eksisting area penambangan ex situ berdasarkan hasil survei dan pemetaan lapangan terdapat sisa-sisa tebing setinggi 9,5 m yang kemiringannya hampir tegak lurus dengan dasar galian. Kegiatan reklamasi yang direncanakan meliputi penataan permukaan tanah dengan menyesuaikan geometri lereng dengan tinggi tebing maksimal 3 m, lebar teras 2,1 m, dan sudut kemiringan lereng 30o di ujung penambangan. Tanaman yang direncanakan untuk revegetasi adalah sengon dan jahe dengan jarak tanam 2 m x 3 m dan jarak tanam jahe 0,3 m x 0,6. Dimensi ruang tanam sengon yang digunakan adalah 0,4 m x 0,4 m x 0,4 m dan untuk tanaman jahe 0,3 m x 0,3 m x 0,3 m. Dengan perhitungan matematis, direncanakan jumlah bibit tanaman sengon yang akan ditanam sebanyak 56 bibit dan 9.833 bibit tanaman jahe.
